The owner is very welcoming and supplies an extensive list of restaurant recommendations and things to do. She responds almost immediately with any questions or concerns you may have. It was perfect for us (3 friends) traveling together.

House was perfect for our group of 4 and had everything we needed. Host was a great with communication!

We spent a long weekend to celebrate graduation at Baylor. The house is in the perfect location for any Baylor stay or for enjoying everything else that downtown Waco has to offer. The house is clean, comfortable, and just as pictured. The host is helpful and provides clear info and timely responses when needed. Over the years, we have stayed at many homes in Waco and this is our favorite. We will be back!

This cute house was the perfect place to stay for our girls trip! Walking distance to the Farmer's market and suspension bridge and a short drive to everything else. We felt super safe and the road outside was quite quiet. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The house and location was perfect for what we intended to see; the Silos and downtown Waco. I loved the setup of the house and all 5 of us were very comfortable. The patio out back was fantastic and we spent a lot of time there together sitting and visiting. The house was very clean and had everything we needed.

What a cute house within a few minutes of everything in Waco. Just as advertised! The house was super clean, and it was stocked with everything we needed for our long weekend. It was within minutes of everything we wanted to see and do, including a few minutes away from the Silos. The owners are super responsive annd even provided a ton of recommendations for restaurants and activities. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time for a girls weekend. It’s so close to Magnolia which is why we came. The house was very clean and well done.

We spent 4 nights at this home to move our son into Baylor for his freshman year. The home was updated, clean and was less only a 5-minute drive to campus. The rental has everything you need for a weekend stay, 4 comfortable beds, 2 full bathrooms, fully decked out kitchen and plenty of room. We will definitely be looking to stay here again when we come out to visit.

We just loved this house! The design was gorgeous and the house was very comfortable. Unfortunately my husband was sick the first full day we were here. I was at a conference but he got a lot of rest since the beds were so comfortable and was back to himself the second day. Easy to get to everywhere we needed to be. Looking forward to coming back!
