If you need additional parking, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight options in two convenient locations: 1) south of town at the Stephen C. West Ice Arena, and 2) north of town at the Airport Road satellite lot, which also accommodates RVs and trailers.

Colorado Traction Law:
From September through May 31, the Colorado Traction Law is in effect for all drivers traveling on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero as well as US-285 to Breckenridge . This law mandates that vehicles must be equipped with either four-wheel or all-wheel drive and snow-rated or mud + snow tires. Alternatively, vehicles with two-wheel drive must have winter tires, chains, or other traction devices. Ensuring your vehicle is properly equipped is essential for safe winter driving in Colorado. If you’re renting a car, be sure to confirm with your rental company that your vehicle meets these requirements.

    Liked the place and location, but the hot tub is a 10 min drive across town, not on the property. So it's misleading in how they advertise it as an amenity.

    My family was in town and we had a great time at the VRBO! The shuttle works great and it is walking distance to town. The two parking spots are very handy and the property itself is very spacious. Would stay here again.

    Had a great time! This property was perfect for us with all the beds, and the bathrooms! Especially the bath downstairs. We had 9 people, and everyone felt comfortable. Would highly recommend.

    Overall this was a fine property for a big group and a short stay. Very close to downtown but still located in a quiet area. However, the check-in process was very difficult with management changing our reservation within an hour of check-in and mixed messages with people on-site giving our group different information. Also, one room did not have clean sheets on the bed which was a disappointment.
