Everything was amazing! The house was perfect and very well stocked with everything that you might need. We were there for Thanksgiving and lacked for nothing in the kitchen. Truly the best house I have ever stayed in! We will book again for sure!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I rented this house to host my wedding/reception. Plenty of room and the layout inside and out was perfect for my needs. Due to the time of year I did not need to utilize the items that were provided(beach essentials like chairs, floats, beach toys, towels, coolers, etc) but if needed and you are renting during the summer months you will be glad you did and that those things are provided..one less thing to worry about bringing/buying to use. Yes the house has a pool but if you want to go to the beach you will have to walk 2/10 mile to the public parking access boardwalk which I did and it was no problem. I only have two concerns and that was there was no extra toilet paper or paper towels provided and had to go to the store to buy more. Not sure why the owners/mgmt co would think that one roll per bathroom/kitchen would be okay for 15 people staying plus the extra 30-40 extra people for the event would suffice..hoping this was a one time time oversight and not a usual practice decision. Also, the corners of the rug outside was a tripping hazard as the corners started to turn upward causing someone to trip/fall or lose their balance. Overall tho, GREAT HOUSE and would rent again. Owners have thought of every detail to make your stay awesome.

Great outdoor area to sit at night and watch tv, or play cornhole (boards need an upgrade). Gas gill is a plus. After a day at beach , the pool was a great place to relax.

We loved this house for our Navarre Beach vacation! It had everything that we needed, plus beach towels that were not in the original description. It was within walking distance of the beach and the saltwater pool was fantastic. The central location between Destin and Pensacola was great for day excursions. We will definitely keep this house saved in our list of go to places.

This is our second stay at this charming well appointed beach house!!! They literally have thought of EVERYTHING for a perfect vacation with your family. The pool/patio area is a fantastic place to hang out and enjoy the warm weather. We paid extra to heat the pool and it actually heats unlike houses we have stayed in previously. We will definitely book this house again next year for our 8 year of navvare beach vacations and our 3 year at this adorable yellow house

Reviewer Comments: Everything about this house got our rave reviews, and my family of 17 has held a “family camp” at large vacation homes every summer for several years. The open floor plan was great for family gatherings, two tables gave us plenty of seating for meals, the kitchen was extremely well stocked and it was evident the owners were thoughtful about what might be needed for meal prep. Large TV, board games, and bean bags kept the teenagers happy. Outside, the pool was bigger than most we have seen at the beach. The swing area was so enjoyable, even rainy days were happy days because we had plenty of room for games and conversation. The outside shower with hot water was especially popular after the beach, and the guys added shampoo to their showers to open up the inside bathrooms😊Extremely clean accommodations and a very responsive property management team rounded out the already positive experience. Check in was delightful. The beach access was a quick walk, with parking available. We piled a truck with our beach gear and the rest of us walked to the beach. Also, the house was equipped with beach chairs, a sand wagon, beach toys and other beach stuff that was greatly appreciated. The Coastal Beach Camphouse was a family favorite and we would gladly book this house again!

The space under the house by the pool was perfect for our family and included lots of extras such as floats and beach chairs. The pool is a great size. The house was well stocked. There was plenty of space for our family of 12 to eat dinner. The porches off both the front and back of the house provided private space to have coffee in the mornings. There was a basketball goal that was present in the pictures but wasn't there when we got there. Overall, We were very pleased with everything about this house. The walk to the beach is very short and there is easy access. There were no showers at the public beach to wash feet, etc. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a great family house.

There was a cool breeze flowing even on a hot, late June day. Great place to relax and read a book! The only suggestion I would have is when building other homes, put a bathroom downstairs so you don’t have to track water inside. The outdoor shower was a great plus!

Kids, teens and adults all had fun at the beach and with the pool, sand volleyball, basketball, game table, outdoor swings, etc. It was the perfect location with a short walk to the white sands and clean beach. The home was very clean and we had all we needed plus so much. The staff was really helpful before and during our stay. Our group is ready to go back!
