Free Golf Cart, Walk to Beach, Pool Access, Sleeps 10, Bike to Shops & Restaurants!

Stayed for a week during one the hottest weeks but the air conditioner kept it comfortable in the house. Kitchen was well equipped. Everything worked air fryers need to be replaced. And some baking pans will not clean.The biggest thing is the living room furniture needs to be replaced. It’s stained because it’s fabric furniture and people would come in with her suntan lotion or oil and sit in it. People have no respect for what’s not theirs at one time. It was nice furniture, but it shows a lot of wear and tear

We enjoyed our stay so much. The location was perfect, just a short golf cart ride to the public beaches across 30A and convenient to shopping and dining. The home was well maintained and had all the essentials needed for a week's stay. Our host was so attentive and helpful. Best vacation ever! Thank you!!!

My family and I truly had a wonderful and memorable time at Dolphin & Dunes and the Santa Rosa Beach area! The home easily accommodated our 5 person family! The area was very family friendly and there was lots to do to keep us occupied while having lots of fun! The LSV was the big hit. We used it to travel to the beach daily. We also drove it to the many local restaurants, ice cream shops, stores, and coffee shops. Then we would wrap every day up with a nighttime ride down 30A! We also spent some time at the shared pool. It was a nice change of pace when we were done at the beach. Our host was very helpful, responsive, and friendly! She answered all our questions quickly and throughly. My family and I are so glad we decided to stay at Dolphin & Dunes and the Santa Rosa Beach area! Our only negative is that we had to say goodbye. We will definitely be looking to come back next year and make many more memories! Thank you!

We absolutely loved everything about our stay! From the house, to the location, to the beautiful beach, the people, and the many food options. Highly recommend Stinkys!! Communication was immediate and both kind and accommodating. We had a flat on the golf cart and were immediately offered another golf cart to use! We will return here every year for sure!

We recently stayed at Dolphins and Dunes vacation rental and had an amazing experience. The spacious rooms and wonderful layout made for a comfortable stay, and being only 2 minutes away from the beach was a huge plus. The sunset views were breathtaking, and the nearby restaurants were convenient for dining out. The showers were amazing, and the location was perfect for a relaxing getaway. The golf cart and gas grill provided added convenience for our stay. I can’t say enough great things about this place. One of the main strengths of Dolphins and Dunes is the less crowded beaches compared to other areas down the road. Being close to Topsail sanctuary and the outlet mall was also a great bonus. Overall, I would highly recommend Dolphins and Dunes for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation experience.

Air conditioners are not easily to operate. One leaked all night our first night of stay and kept us up all night! Internet and Roku needs attention as its slow and easily overloaded. House lighting fixtures on first floor are bright daylight and not warm color, with no shades… not ideal and felt cheap to us. Neighbor left bistro lights on their balcony which meant bright shining light into our bedroom window the entire trip. Golf cart had no park brake mechanism so had to park on flat surfaces and the plug outlet is coming off. House also strangely has no easy outside access to the outdoor shower/ hose which would have been useful after beach. So the price was right but this house is clearly a low budget version of the houses in this development. If these little things are important look elsewhere around Dune Allen. We love this development for easy access to the public beach access…. We won’t stay at this house again though!

Great vacation location! The area is lively but also relaxed. The rental house was beautiful! Everything was clean upon arrival and held our large family very comfortably! I would recommend this spot to anyone. We will be back!

We stayed at Dolphins and Dunes for a little winter break and had a fantastic time! The home was clean and even more spacious than I expected! Perfect for a family or a small group of friends. The neighborhood was peaceful, and the house felt like a home away from home! It's a short 5-10 minute walk to the beach, or you could use the provided golf cart if you have several things you want to take with you. The house itself is decorated so nicely and feels current, but cozy. There are so many fun features - a balcony you where you could relax with a drink and watch the sun go down, a small reading nook upstairs, a nice front porch, a full, spotless kitchen with all the appliances and cooking implements you'd ever need. We will definitely be back and are looking forward to it!

The home itself was decent, and the location was great, but the furnishings are in need of serious attention. Furniture is mismatched and some is even broken. Furniture in living room is terribly uncomfortable and dirty. Rugs in common areas are cheap and dirty. Carpet in bedrooms is very dirty. Headboards in bedrooms aren’t attached to beds and just flop around between bed and wall. Rodent poop fell out of air conditioning unit in upstairs master. The layout of the home is great, and all in all it really could be a very comfortable home with a little attention and new furnishings. Unfortunately, we will not stay here again.

This house is so cozy that it feels like home. My best friend and I wanted a beach spot for a quick weekend with our college kids and this was perfect. All the comforts of home with plenty of room. Each bedroom has a private bathroom which is awesome when traveling with multiple families. Plus an owners suite on the ground level, that is perfect if you have older family members traveling with you. Great beach access with the golf cart. Clean, spacious, and lovely. We will definately go back to Dolphins and Dunes.
