Free Firewood, Mt Views, Skiing, Heated Pool

This cute condo has charm and it’s in a beautiful location. Unfortunately it wasn’t as clean as it should be - black hairs on the shower wall and bathroom floor. The hair dryer was in a cupboard next to and touching the toilet plunger. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were both flat and lumpy. The bed squeaked very loudly. The home was not well-equipped: just one roll of toilet paper, no kitchen sponge or scrubber, only one dishwasher pod, no soap or gel for the shower, no bath mat. Overall this was a very average stay at a good price.

Pool is closed in winter months, so did not use the pool. (This is why it was 1 star)The place was clean and tidy.Just the right size for 2-4 people. Kitchen well equipped, cooked dinners during stay and enjoyed time with family and friends.Super close to Timberline and Canaan Valley ski areas.

Jared was a wonderful host. He responded within minutes when asked a check in question. The condo is adorable, super comfortable and very clean! The pictures on VRBO are exactly how the condo looks. We will definitely be back.

This was a return trip to Davis Ridge. The unit was clean and everything worked perfectly. The property is accurately described and the pictures are accurate as well. We highly recommend the location for a quiet, relaxing, get-away.

the apartment was amazing, super cozy, has everything you need and very close to a lot of fun things in the area. the owner is kind and responsive, willing to help at all times. the state park was beautiful. everything was beautiful, i’d recommend anyone to stay here.

Had a great stay at Jared's place. He was a great host, the place was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near both Timberline and Canaan. One thing to note - cell phone coverage may be iffy depending on carrier. Suggest making note of check-in code before you leave home. Jared's wifi is great for streaming or if you need to hop on a meeting while you're there.

We loved this one bedroom mountain getaway! You could tell Jared the host loves it too! To open your own getaway, wanting to share how special this area is to him with others says a lot. The decor is masculine with sweet touches. Love the lights on the mantle. Love the lights on the porch. Nice big wine glasses. . Easy access to the Valley and slopes. Would stay here again.

I loved staying here--it was so convenient for so many activities in Davis and beyond. Everything was clean and well taken care of. I can't wait to come back for my next visit!

Love staying as a guest at your condo. Perfect for a couple on a ski vacation.

Decor was beautiful. Great views nearby. All attractions and dining were close and easy to get to. Very peaceful.

This place was so nice and convenient to everything we wanted to do. If there are more than 2 people staying you may want to bring an air mattress as the pull out couch was not comfy, but other than that I can’t complain and we had an amazing time!

We had a wonderful stay at the Davis Ridge/Beaver Ridge apartment. The apartment was clean and inviting when we arrived and everything we need for a comfortable stay was there waiting for us. I had my wife and 2 grandsons (6yo and 10 yo) and had plenty of sleeping space with the pull out sofa and queen bed. We were within a manageable drive to all the sites we wanted to see. We were able to go to Smoke Hole Cavern, Seneca Rocks, Spruce Knob and Spruce Knob Lake, Blackwater Falls, and even went to Cass Scenic Railroad without feeling overwhelmed from driving. I can only hope this apartment is available the next time I can make it to the area.

We were very pleased with our stay, and greatly enjoyed the surrounding views and our visit to the state parks. Our only disappointment was that some local businesses weren't open until the day we had to leave.

We had a little trouble checking in because I hadn't received the door code and couldn't get a signal. Luckily a cleaning lady had the wifi password so I could contact the host & he called me with the code

We had a lovely stay in WV! The condo was well located to get to both some amazing wilderness (Dolly Sods via Blackbird Knob Trailhead) & into Thomas/Davis. The cafe scene is solid in Thomas. Thanks so much!
