Excellent location

The property was beautiful! Super close to the beach access. Very clean and has everything we needed to enjoy our time! We had such a wonderful time!

Property was as advertised. It was clean, spacious and equipped with everything we needed. It was beautiful, private, but also easily accessible to both the pool and the beach. Beach chairs and wagon was helpful, although we simplified by renting chairs a few of the days. Beach staff was amazing to work with. We had one tiny maintenance issue that was addressed promptly and resolved over the phone. Would definitely return to this property!

This house was perfect for our family trip! The house was clean and the kitchen and bathrooms are very well stocked. The property is just a short walk to the beach and close to both miramar and destin food spots and shopping. The community seemed very safe and the pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. All of the bedrooms are upstairs so I wouldn't recommend this house for people with mobility issues.

Property was beautifully kept, clean, quiet. Home was gorgeous, spacious, and very clean. Made for a wonderful relaxing vacation. Property was perfectly situated near beach, shops, restaurants, and fun activities.

This place was perfect for our family! Everyone had their own space and privacy. We enjoyed being close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Our youngest members of the group are 20, 22, and 23, and they had a blast!

We come to Destin every year, and our normal property was closed for renovations this year. We booked at St. Tropez, and it exceeded all of our expectations. The home is gorgeous and spacious. The neighborhood is clean and convenient. The pool was amazing. We had a wonderful time, and we’d absolutely stay there again!

This property was a great place to stay. The location is perfect with quick access to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. It was clean, had good amenities, and was just an overall A vacation rental. We’re looking forward to a return trip in the future!

Very nice property. Great location in Miramar Beach. Please note that the property is advertised as pet friendly but there is an additional fee of 175 plus tax for cleaning unless your pet doesn’t shed any hair. Very responsive and respectful management group.

This 3-story house in the gated St. Tropez community was an excellent choice for our 2-week vacation. The home is located just a short walk from the beach and pool, and the owner provided chairs, a tent and buggy to carry our belongings. The first floor featured an open concept living area with a well-equipped kitchen, dining space, laundry room, bathroom and comfortable living room. There was a small outdoor space with a gas grill which we used frequently. The second floor had 2 nice sized bedrooms with balconies, a bunk room and 2 bathrooms. The third floor had a master suite with a large bathroom and private balcony. Overall, the house provided a safe, comfortable, relaxing atmosphere for our family. Would definitely recommend!

Its a big beautiful house in a gated community, well furnished, right across from a beautiful beach. What more could you want? Would definitely stay here again!

It was a great place and great location. The gate was broke the entire time we were there so it wasn’t locked. With being the first house there was a lot of traffic and we noticed a lot were not living or staying on the properties because it became a turnaround.
