Nice stay overall will stay again and the host was very helpful

My family and I originally planned on staying in a larger house but some members had to cancel so this house was just what we needed and it was very nice. I am looking forward to going back to the same house again. The owner was very hospitable.

Enjoyed our 10 days. Pool was hot and house was cold. Great weather.

Pictures can be misleading, yet these were understated. The house was clean as were the abundant linens and towels. Issues always arise, but it’s how you handle them that matters. We had a few and they were immediately addressed resulting in our expectations being exceeded. If we ever vacation in Orlando again, we’ll be back at this house.

I was very disappointed in my stay. The trash cans where full running over with flies and maggots. There where broken closet doors on the patio that almost fell on my 2 year old. The jets in the bathtubs where broken. The hot tub was cold, the chandelier had spider webs on it the decor on the table was dirty in the kitchen. The home also smelled like bug spray the carpet needs to be replaced and the bathroom mats are all dingy! The home also didn’t smell like it was sanitized! My face is also broke out within the first night of stay! I’m very disappointed and will be seeking compensation for this stay. The mattress where the only thing comfortable. The house also needs painted. Whoever approved this home must be blind!

Felix is a great host. We never saw him but he addressed all of our concerns. His home is amazingly large and comfortable. Great mattresses! New furniture. Clean house. Beautiful gated neighborhood. Nice heated pool with jacuzzi. And a massage chair that’s to die for. We can’t wait to come back again!!

The house was spacious and had plenty of room for all of our guests. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It was just like being at home. The owner was just a phone call away for any questions or concerns and responded promptly from booking to checkout. Family friendly house that even had a crib, high chair, etc.. available for a baby or toddler. Great experience.

i would highly recommend this place for any family looking for a nice , clean, quiet rental home. it is so beautiful on the inside and outside. Very close to stores and theme park. I would definitely be renting again.

Had a wonderful time. The home was clean and in a great location. Only complaints are, the master room downstairs was to hot for my parents during the night hours and non of the T.V's worked in any bedrooms. But other than that I will book again....
