Stayed Jul 3, 2025This is the perfect spot for large groups. Functional big house with lots of space and nice finishes, huge private property with old trees and open space, 5 min from Fredericksburg. Indoor pool. It's perfect for large groups.

Stayed Feb 28, 2025I have only positive things to say about this property and the host, Nicole. The house is beautiful, the beds are so, so, SO comfortable, & the pool was fun! Nicole was very responsive and the check out expectations were more than reasonable. Not to mention it really is less than 10 min away from Main St. Book it and enjoy!

Stayed Aug 9, 2024We returned to Fredericksburg for my mother 80th birthday celebration. My family and friends visited my mother all weekend long. Everyone commented on the house and the beautiful landscape. We had a great time.

Stayed Jul 26, 2024The house was so cute, I actually don't think the photos do it justice. It was so nice and spacious. They even had a bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived which I thought was sweet. It is a little further from downtown, but not that far. It was nice and quiet on the property, you can even see two horses out the kitchen window. We had a great experience and would recommend this house.

Stayed Apr 26, 2024friends and I went on vacation here and couldn’t enjoy it more. The houses were everything they are advertised and the pool house was great but there is not enough said about the backyard. The backyard at night is nestled between the three buildings for privacy and when the lights in the beautiful trees light up it will set a mood like no other. When looking for a nice quiet place to relax and visit with family and friends this is the place you’ll want to be.
