Fredericksburg Home w/ Hot Tub - 1 Mi to Dtwn

We had a really lovely stay overall and truly enjoyed our time here. The home is comfortable, well laid out, and perfect for spending quality time together. The hot tub was a highlight for us and made the experience especially relaxing and memorable.The kitchen is well equipped with the basic cutlery and essentials a family would need. Everything worked well except the toaster, which wasn’t functioning during our stay—but it wasn’t a dealbreaker.The only area that could use improvement is cleaning. We found a bracelet left on the sofa and some an invisalign under the bedside tables, which suggests the turnover cleaning could be more thorough.That said, the positives absolutely outweighed the negatives, and overall the stay was worth it. With a bit more attention to cleaning details, this place would be excellent. We had a great time and would still recommend it.

Was a great house to stay at. Pics were exactly as it was. Beds were comfortable, the backyard with firepit and hottub was fantastic. TV's has great access. One of the best VRBO experiences we've had. Would highly recommend staying here.

The house layout with BR/ Baths on either side of the main living area was perfect for our friend gathering. The house was well stocked with appliances, all was modernized and located in a quiet neighborhood which was very convenient to downtown Fredericksburg. We loved it!

Had a great time at this property that was perfectly appointed for our getaway. Hosts were very responsive and the place had everything we needed. The hot tub and beautiful patio were a perfect end to our days. This place is also close to everything we wanted to do!

Loved our stay to meet up with our adult children over spring break. Loved the hot tub and the gas fire pit. Made reservations easily to the numerous great restaurants in the area. Don’t miss the Hill Country herb garden restaurant. It’s really close to this location.

Loved this house! Plenty of room for our group of friends to spread out inside and out. Appreciated the nice coffee machine and bathrooms! Location was great. Very quiet cul de sac

Great place to stay on a weekend getaway to Fredericksburg!

Super clean cute and the property overall is well kept. Much thought put into this VRBO. The coat rack in the master bedroom and the fire pit and experience with Sherry were the best part of our stay.

Wonderful clean, well stocked house. We enjoyed celebrating bringing in the New Year there. Definetly recommend for a small family or girls get away.

Flew in to try Texas Wine. House was a perfect size and in a nice quiet part of Fredericksburg. Easy access to the wine region - very clean and comfortable. We won't hesitate to stay again!!

Beautifully clean, and very close to the main strand! We highly recommend this home for a complete getaway! The woman who was a Soto answer any questions about the home was very nice and friendly!

we had a great time. the property felt like new very pretty. hot tub nice. beds very comfortable. furniture and arrangement of it were conducive to my group of 5 people being able to sit around and relax while at Octoberfest. i would rent it again if available when i come next time

This house is amazing - beaitifully decorated, spacious, top-notch linens, and amenities galore. Hot tub, grill, firepit, outdoor seating for different times of day and sun. Would definitely stay there again.

We loved our stay in Fredericksburg! We needed a little bit longer to get out of the property on our last day so, the host was incredibly accommodating to our needs and allowed us a couple extra hours to get ourselves together. Very hospitable and kind!

The house was very clean and everything was in order. We had instructions for when we arrived that worked perfectly. In fact, everything was so perfect we did not have to contact the host even once.
