The property was clean and well stocked. We loved the decorations inside since my daughter is an avid horseback rider. We would like to stay there again next year .
We found this unit to be very clean and well-appointed (though the sofa wasnxy very comfy and the smart TV was mostly useless unless you use streaming content - we tried in vain to simply find an abc station to watch a football game one evening, as the hundreds of other stations of no interest rendered the guide a frustrating maze). The bedsn linens and towels were very good an even cushy robes were provided. The kitched was well-outfitted (though the toaster was hidden back deep on a shelf in a lower cabinet). The location across from the hospital was very convenient to getting around town and the quiet neighborhood was good for taking twice-daily dog walks. On-street parking was fine, but the twice weekly switching of the permitted sides to park on was confusing (we thought the otherwise helpful welcome binder gave parking info different from the streetside signage, andvthe wifi pasword provided differed from the one in emailed arrival post). The place was charming in decor and nicely aged (the original wood floors creaked loudly and the doors resisted closong sometimes. Overall, we enjoyed our visit and would rent again if we need to be in Frederick in the future.
We needed to move out of our home while some work was being done. This was a great option.
Very clean
What a cute townhouse! Very well appointed and a great location within walking distance to downtown Frederick and Baker Park. My only comment is fees ending up being almost as much as the cost of the rental. Would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again.
Due to my work, we do a lot of traveling and prefer homestays like Vrbo. Marjorie's place was hands down one of the best places we've ever stayed. From the tasteful decor, 5-star cleanliness, and comfortable rooms to the host communications, thoughtful touches, and charming neighborhood and location, we had a great stay and would recommend this rental to anyone! The one thing we wished we had known is that the home has a shared-wall with the neighbors (in a very lovely row-house style neighborhood). One of our dogs can be a bit of a barker in new environments, and we were very worried she was disruptive to the neighbor. The neighbor was kind and welcoming, but we felt concerned about being bad guests and perhaps would have made alternative arrangements for our pup if we had known.
Good location, house was everything it was advertised to be. Charming house, quiet neighborhood minus the incoming flightcare into hospital but not terrible. Was a great stay minus the front door electric lock batteries dying every 2 days and even locking us out for a time.
