Stayed Feb 20, 2025The house was very clean and the area offered lots of dining options which were in walking distance. The only thing that I would recommend is to provide more towels.

Stayed Feb 8, 2026By how unconcerned the host was, I question the validity of this being a privately owned property. We received the entry code well after the check-in time. The property was not cleaned properly (floors were dirty, counter dusty) with one guest bathroom smelling of cigarettes. We at least knew our sheets had been washed as some were still wet when climbing into bed the first night. Heat/ac system was not working upon arrival. Front door would not lock when exiting, had to lock from inside and go out the back door. The only way to communicate our issues with the host was by leaving a voicemail or text with a long delay before receiving a response. Then the communication was virtually non-existent about having our issues corrected. This rental was a disappointment for most of the week. Some of the issues would normally have been overlooked. But the total lack of concern by the host made it too difficult to enjoy any part of our stay.

Stayed Jan 1, 2026House was spacious, and very clean! We had an issue with the hot tub and maintenance was very responsive and fixed the problem right away. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Sep 5, 2025The property was very nice, clean and the owners were very responsive! The location is perfect for all of the theme parks, with restaurants and retail near by. I will stay here again.

Stayed Dec 21, 2024It was a short but fun birthday weekend.I had asked for an early check in from the start and then ask to ask again on Friday and denied.Basically when we where getting in a couple left next to us and we had no neighbors.

Stayed Nov 14, 2024SO nice that each couple had a queen or king sized bed and each bedroom had its own bathroom. Hot tub was a huge bonus after long days on your feet at the theme parks. Very nice house in a beautiful area convenient to the Disney parks.

Stayed Aug 2, 2024Came to celebrate birthdays and go to Disney with family. Wanted to experience staying at a Margaritaville resort. The area was very nice and quiet. we enjoyed dinner at the hotel and walking around the entertainment area despite the rain. The house itself was very easy to find on a quiet street and instructions were easy for access. We found parking for 4 cars without problem. The house was very clean and nice smelling. The furniture in general was in good order and we were able to find what we needed in the kitchen. The beds were comfortable. Small problems were: there were no instructions regarding how to access the TV and if my son inlaw hadnt been there to figure it out we would have missed out on some Olympics that we wanted to watch. while were were there a tropical storm came thru with alot of rain and there was a leak in the kitchen from the window that we saw the day we left. I would warn older people that the flight of stairs could be a bit intimidating. The jacuzzi looked great but because of the rain we werent able to use it. All in all, it was a nice stay. If we had a big group again we would come back. The manager was very accessible with good communication.

Stayed Feb 13, 2024Our family enjoyed staying in this property since it was clean, quiet, and close to many stores (like Target) and restaurants. Most attractions are within 15 to 25 minutes drive from the property. Check-in was convenient. We are pleased with our stay.
