Stayed Aug 2, 2025Perfect hub for our Kentucky trip! Spent lots of time at the horse park, visited pubs and distilleries and were able to make some home cooked meals from the local grocery store. Would definitely return if we're back in the area!

Stayed May 1, 2025Chris and Connie's home is beautiful!! It is very conveniently located in Frankfort close to lots of attractions. They are great hosts and easy to communicate with. They furnish towels, linens, soap and shampoo. Their home is beautifully decorated to fit the horse country/bourbon trail area. They also provide games and lots of books to read. If we plan a trip to the area again, I hope their home is available to us.

Stayed Oct 6, 2023House in quiet neighborhood. Small home built in approx. 50-60’s. 2 bedrooms nice with queen beds, and full bath between them. 3rd bed room has 1/2 bath in room, bunkbed and futon that has an uncomfortable, old, thin mattress. Nice small eating area and kitchen with coffee and expired creamers. Front porch with 2 rockers, back patio with several comfortable chairs and large yard, with fire pit. Ping pong and bar in basement, but somewhat musty. Very close to anything you need. Easy to contact owner.

Stayed Oct 7, 2022The house is in a great location and pictures are exactly spot on. Place is very clean. However, The thermostat is remotely controlled. Set at 61, temp below freezing outside.. Did not take shower second morning due to temp. No extra blankets, just a sheet and light comforter. Dishwasher not functioning, dish soap, but no cloths to wash dishes. Used paper towels.
