Clean, comfortable and convenient to main street and sight seeing.

The house is in an excellent location to explore Frankenmuth. It has plenty of space. Definitely would stay again.

Great location. Close to grocery, drug store gas station,restaurant and shopping. Kitchen was very spacious as well as dining room. Plenty of seating in living room, although tight space. The remote for the living room tv was missing, so we used the one from the bedroom, minor inconvenience.parking in the garage was a perk. The house could use some TLC. Nothing major, replace lightbulbs, patching and painting and a good deep clean, including window washing.Should mention in listing that the stairs to upper floor are very steep and narrow. Hard to navigate with luggage. Not good for older guests.There are 4 bedrooms upstairs which did not have heat. This is a very old house that is being heated by radiators. There was one radiator in the hallway for all upstairs bedrooms and bath. It was down in the thirties during our visit and was extremely cold, it's probably inhabitable during winter weather. We tried cranking up the thermostat but all it did was make the downstairs hotter. There were a several small heaters that we were Advised to use, only 2 worked and we were not comfortable leaving them on all night. There are also window air conditioners installed that allowed cold air in. On our last night, the radiators clanked very loudly all night,every 15 minutes. No sleep for anyone! Kaely was very responsive, but didn't have any satisfactory solutions. If they are hoping for returning guests, it's time to invest in central heat and air conditioning. Disappointing.

This was our second time staying here while we vacationed in Frankenmuth and we were not disappointed!! The home is large, located in a quiet neighborhood, and close to shopping and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again!

Short stroll into the bustling downtown area. This place had tons of space and a lot of old world charm. The host thought of everything. If I could give her six stars I would.

Spent 3 nights at this property with my family to visit Frankenmuth. Perfect location and the house matched the listing. Very spacious and clean. Would stay here again!

We had a very nice time. The location was wonderful and the beds were comfortable, water pressure was great and the air worked wonderfully. We asked for an early check in but it may have come at a cost to us as far as cleaning. There were a lot of little things that I felt needed to be addressed and I sent them to the host. I had no problems with her at all. Just felt the property was in a bit of disrepair. Over all it was a good stay.

The property is as listed, no surprises. It is a very spacious older home with a lot of character. Kaeley was kind enough to allow us to arrive early for check in, which we greatly appreciated. The location is amazing, bring your walking shoes! Frankenmuth is set up to make walking through town easy, and this home is tucked away just off from the main street.

Great location within walking distance to town. Home suited our group perfectly. There is a huge dining table where we could craft all together. Kitchen layout was nice; took advantage of the large island w our charcuterie board. Plenty of parking available and garage use was a bonus. Home could use a major cleanup ouside and some minor repairs on the inside (holes in walls, iffy kitchen shelf, etc..) Kitchen could use a full set of matching glasses (water, rock, wine), storage containers w lids, and coffee mugs for 12 guests.

An amazing rental! The house has everything you could need a perfect location to town with plenty of room for a number of guests. The host was very responsive and accommodating. Cannot recommend highly enough!

We had a great time. The house was in a great location to all of the things we wanted to do in Frankenmuth. The beds were really comfortable. The fenced in backyard was a plus for us as we have a child that likes to wander. Our kids also liked the TV in their room. The kitchen was big and spacious, but we enjoyed eating at the table outside.Our hosts were fantastic and quickly responded to our questions. We plan on staying here when we come back to Frankenmuth.

The home was nice, a nice size and in a nice, quiet area, it's not far from downtown, water park, etc.

This house was perfect for our large family. It had plenty of space inside and out. There were enough bedrooms for everyone to have privacy as well as big enough gathering areas to accommodate our whole group.Clean, well-stocked, and within walking distance of the downtown area.

The home was very clean which is extremely important to me. Although it was an older home, it was tastefully modern indoors. My group especially enjoyed the large dining table because we spend our evenings playing board games. We would probably have enjoyed the outdoor space if the weather was warm.

We stayed at the property over 2 nights. The accommodation is spacious and well laid out. The property is very close to the center of Frankenmuth making it an ideal spot to see the town from.

Home was super cute and very functional. More than enough room for all of us giving us each our own room and space. Kitchen was stocked well. Would love to stay here again in the future!

Nice older home. Has updates, but not perfect. But for price the value is there. Great location, near frankenmuth town. Nice back yard, fenced for pets, and nice space. Overall great value and host was very communicative. Would definitely recommend, and stay there again.

We loved how large the house is-especially the kitchen. All of us could be in there and no one was in each other's way. The living room is very cozy, with a large T.V. And there are so many bedrooms-with comfortable beds. It just is really nice to be so close to town. We had so much more fun than staying in a hotel. Great hosts too!

We stayed with another couple and our kids for a weekend at the water park. It was great location near town and quick to get to the waterpark for a chilly Michigan weekend. It had plenty of space for all of us so we could sleep well and continue the fun the next day.

Easy and close to EVERYTHING!

Over all great. The heating system needs work. There is just one steam heater at the top of the stairs for 4 bedrooms. The heater in the master bedroom on the first floor sounded like a train rolling into a station. It clinked and clanked all night long. Manager was notified and brought us ear plugs and notified maintenance who came out promptly. The issue continued but not as loudly. It is a very old system. There were space heaters in the closet to be used. The location is perfect and within walking distance to the town.

This home was perfect. It was our twenty fifth anniversary celebration. It’s close to everything. Frankenmuth is wonderful.

The overall stay was great. For us just being able to have the family together was all I wanted for my parents. The electrical needs some updating, some outlets didn’t work and some would pop the circuit if you plugged a hair dryer in. That was our only issue.

Lovely house in the perfect location for the town. We enjoyed the charm of the house. Great communication with the host! And the game selection was a bonus for a great night in!!!

Within walking distance from town. Not real close, but doable. Nice house. Clean. Loved the backyard. It was fenced so it was nice that our granddaughter could play without worrying she would run out in the street. The street in front of the house is VERY busy. The kitchen wasn't very well equipped if you want to cook while there. But the appliances were nice. We would stay there again.

Exactly what we were looking for. Close to downtown, quiet, comfortable.

We had a wonderful time staying at this property! The rooms were all comfortable and cute. There was plenty of room for our large group! We all enjoyed taking advantage of the spa bathtub! Lots of amenities! Checkin was easy. We were very impressed! The only downfall was the dishes weren’t quite large enough to cook for a big group, but we made do with the many smaller dishes. Overall loved it. Would completely recommend!

Cozy stay

Visiting family for Summer months. Loved location ability to walk to everything. Loved kitchen, laundry and private backyard. Home furnishings were fine. We will be back next Summer.
