Beautiful home on the beach! There were some shower pressure issues on the basement level but the property team was extremely responsive! Will be back soon!

This property suited our group of adults - family- well. The house is very clean and comfortable. All the beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything one could possibly need. Beach towels were provided, as well. The beach access is great. The plunge pool on site is a nice touch. The community pool 2 blocks away is close and very nice. We had a great stay and were very pleased with this property.

We always know the Frangista staff is there if needed. The beach is amazing and we’ve always been fortunate with perfect weather. We stayed in Frangista Finale for the 2nd year in a row. King size beds in all the rooms was nice. One suggestion would be to put a dresser or some way to store clothes in the rear 1st floor bedroom. We look forward to our next year vacation in Miramar Beach.

We were a group of eight adults and six children ranging ages from 9 to 16 years old, and never felt crowded or cramped in any of the spaces. The overall unit was exactly as described, the unit was extremely clean, and the furnishings were in bed were excellent. We were so excited and satisfied with the unit, that we have already rented for the same week next year.

My only complaint is that the bunk room doesn’t have a bathroom on that floor to use, so often it’s shared with the second Master Bedroom on the bottom floor. Overall though it’s a great property, nicely kept up/clean, good furnishings, and has amazing views & proximity to the beach!
