Frangista Breeze with Pool, Beach Chair Setup, and Private Beach

The home is beautiful, the outdoor space is really the best part of the home. Everyone enjoyed the pool and hotub. The location is perfect, and the beach area is amazing.

Walking distance to beach, restaurants. The staircase is quite a climb! Bedroom on top floor with bunkbeads, for teenagers presumably, must use restroom one floor below. Also, one bathroom on first floor is meant for the bedroom it is attached to. It can be locked, meaning one must scale that flight of stairs to access a restroom at times. Floorplan in listing is inaccurate; there are three full bathrooms on second floor, two are ensuite. One full bathroom on first floor. Otherwise, a delightful place, well kept, professionally managed, well located. The beach was very disappointing this year - seaweed invasion! Check that out before booking anything!

This vacation home was beautiful and exactly as described. It was super clean and the second refrigerator came in handy for drinks. There was plenty of parking and lots of space for a large group. The kids loved the pool. My only suggestion would be to have a mat by the back door for people coming in and out from the pool area. Bring your own beach and pool towels as none are provided. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend Frangista Breeze.

This is a beautiful place BUT…This host is not accommodating at all for early check in even if it was just our bags in the house. We only wanted to check in to put our bags in at 3pm so us 15 girls didn’t have to carry luggage around so that was annoying right off the bat.Next, the air upstairs wasn’t working so it was hot when we got ready for dinner — maintenance did come that evening and fixed it.Secondly, the pool was a big reason why we got this Vrbo. Turns out the pool was 102 degrees. We asked someone to come out immediately, they did and said it would be fixed the next morning. Next morning comes around still a sauna pool. they came out again said it would be ready the next day and it never was. We could not use the pool as it was 102 degrees in 88 degree weather. This loses the value on the house ten fold. I would like back for this.Thirdly, they give us a starter kit of toilet paper for each room of two rolls. Each bathroom only had one so we went through it and asked more our extra like we should and they weren’t nice about it. Fourthly, the images on the rooms online will fool you into thinking there is another bedroom. There is not. There was also mold in the shower upstairs. Lastly, it is not a 2 min walk to the beach. It’s a 9 minutes walk since that is where our beach access is. So the listing isn’t truthful LOLFor others looking at this place, I would think twice and find another spot in the area!

Comfortable house, great pool and a great location, easily walkable to the beach!

We had a wonderful stay! We loved the short walk to the beach. The house was clean and beautifully decorated. The kids loved the pool! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We loved that there was a second refrigerator, which we used for drinks.

We enjoyed the spacious retreat with plenty conveniently located close to Destin and 30A.

We had a few issues that were quickly resolved. We would definitely stay here again. The only recommendation I would make is to leave some basic cleaning supplies for guests. Re a mop and some household cleaner. We had to hit up the store for them. Having these on hand would make it easier for upkeep during our stay and departure. We liked the house, although getting a bit dated and tired, but found the furnishings comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked and having a second fridge freezer was great. Unfortunately there is a lot of construction going on all around us so it was noisy. We were disappointed there was no cable tv. Just streaming. Gardeners didn’t show up for 5 weeks so we had to clean up all the tree debris around the pool area. Quite a long walk to the private access to the beach.

Overall an excellent stay and property. We enjoyed the large rooms, patio/pool space, and easy walk to the beach. Pool and spa setup is incredible.

Great location, great corner lot. Outdoor space and pool was awesome! Nice tropical landscaping and plenty of outdoor room to hang out and grill. Kitchen was a little small for prepping meals for a larger group but still manageable. Had an issue with the pool heater, but host and staff were outstanding getting it resolved and working for us. We really enjoyed our holiday and would definitely come back!

Nice property at great location ! Backyard very nice ! Only negative is they could have more essentials there so you don’t have to buy dishwasher soap and trash bags etc. could use beach towels since we are at the beach and most people fly to vacation so they wouldn’t have those with them and could use a cooler for the beach . Washing machine didn’t work as well. But with that said it’s nice we would stay again.

This is the second time we have stayed at this house. It is in a great location close to restaurants and the beach. The pool and hot tub are amazing!

Frangista Breeze was amazing. Pool was very nice. Golf cart was very convenient. Great stay, everyone enjoyed the property.

We had a great stay! Location was perfect and for 11 people we had plenty of room!

Floors were very sandy upon my arrival. All the sweeping could not get up sand. The first floor bedroom which I had to take because I am handicapped was very uncomfortable. The mattress should be replaced along with the sheets. The review said queen. I am pretty sure it is a full. Bad back terrible after 6 night stay. The pool has mulch around it. The mulch blows on pool so pool always dirty. Kitchen and living room set up ok. I never got to second and third floors. Could not climb steps. I thought upon my arrival that the rooms were overall dirty. Maybe the floors turned me off. I mean sand in all downstairs rooms. Including bathroom just could not get rid of it. Possibly they should have been washed because sweeping and the vacumn could not get in clean.

The house was clean, the pool and location was amazing. It was great it came with a golf cart to get around quickly. Would forsure stay again and recommend!
