Very clean and open. Stairs would be a bit challenging for families but great for an adult trip! Right next to food, drinks and venues.

The property was great, felt very safe and clean and is in a great location. Very helpful and responsive management leading up to and throughout the stay!

Reviewer Comments: I was really looking forward to this stay based on previous experiences with Summit Rentals, but unfortunately, this visit fell short and may be my last with them.Check-in was frustrating. We were given incorrect instructions for the front door code (the garage code worked fine), and it took two follow-ups to finally get access. Not the smoothest start after a long day of travel. Once inside, the cleanliness was disappointing. I understand some wear and tear is expected with short-term rentals, but the bathrooms had toilet brushes left out in the open, and there was a squeegee sitting in the shower, which felt unkempt. The floors were also very dirty, our socks were filthy just from walking around.Noise was a consistent issue throughout our stay. Between the delivery trucks coming and going from the Bluebird Market next door, the traffic from the main road, and ongoing construction in the area, it was loud from early morning well into the evening. It made it difficult to truly relax in the space.The primary bedroom layout was inconvenient, you can’t access the bathroom without closing the door or literally climbing across the bed. The bed felt like a full size, the pillows were flat, and the room was extremely hot. While we’re used to homes without AC, this one was especially stuffy and definitely needed an extra fan. On top of that, the curtain rod was coming out of the wall, so we couldn’t fully close the curtains.The living room setup was also disappointing. The photos were deceiving—the furniture layout was different, and there was no angle that allowed for comfortable TV viewing. Both the couch and accent chairs were worn and uncomfortable, making it hard to unwind at the end of the day.Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this rental based on our experience.

Our townhome was fabulous! Great location & plenty of space in bedrooms/bathrooms/living area/kitchen & dining. Dining room table was great for all of us to eat & play games. Loved having the fireplace as well. Heated floors were a huge plus as well - weather dropped into the teens while we were there. Very modern & new features!We were there for New Year's; the place was very well insulated; we were never disturbed by traffic or outside noise. If we needed fresh air there are balconies on either side of the unit so its easy to open doors if you need to cool off.We had 2 teenagers with us & we loved the easy walk to the Bluebird Hall. So many food options & lots of fun games on the 2nd floor. Live music too!There are lots of shopping options nearby; Outlet stores, Liquor, Starbucks, Dunkin, & Chipotle. We ate at Timberline Craft Kitchen & Sauce on the Blue - both super close & yummy!The management company was super easy to contact through text (we had general questions - no issues) & were very responsive & nice. We travel a lot & it makes a huge difference being able to contact someone with questions & have a quick response. Note: this is a 3-story townhome but once you're on the 2nd floor you dont need to go up & down to the garage; plus there is a 1/2 bath on the 2nd floor. We actually prefer having bedrooms on a different floor; early risers & night owls do not disturb those sleeping that way. We would definitely stay here again; wonderful stay!!

It was a nice property but the garage door opener was broken and pieces kept falling on our car. Management was notified but it was not fixed during our stay.
