Welcome to Soulshine in Kure Beach! This three-story townhome is nestled in the Sea View Subdivision; a beautifully maintained neighborhood opposite the beach. With a ground-floor entrance and an elevator, you can get the car loaded/unloaded easily!
Once you enter the ground floor entry door, the foyer area houses the elevator, the laundry area, and leads you to the first bedroom. This bedroom has a Queen bed with an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and large tiled shower. The room has a small workstation and also has access to a small private porch that looks out over the retention pond. There is a rocking chair for soaking in the natural wildlife that may wander around.
A set of stairs or the elevator takes you to the second floor that has three additional bedrooms and two baths. The primary bedroom on this floor has a King bed, a small workstation, an ensuite bathroom with another double vanity and large tiled shower and a private balcony overlooking the retention ponds, perfect for early morning coffee! The second bedroom has a Queen bed and television in the room just as all of the other rooms. The third bedroom is perfect for a family unit with a twin bunk bed, a queen-sized bed, and a trundle bed. There is a hall bathroom with beautiful tile floors, a double vanity, and shower tub combination.
On the top floor, the living room boasts a very open and well-lit floorplan that makes for a wonderful gathering place for all. There is a large dining table that seats eight and additional seating at the island. The large, open kitchen allows for many cooks in the kitchen! Conveniently located on this floor is a half bathroom. There is also a balcony with ample seating that offers an amazing water view, and a nice view of the surrounding area. You will only be a short walk to the private beach access that is right across the street to take in the beautiful white sand and extensive ocean.

Stay Requirements: Sunday to Sunday rental in summer. Minimum seven-night stay year-round.

Parking: Parking in driveway for three vehicles.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
Prohibited: Boat Trailers, Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Pets, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.
