Separate TV & gaming lounge for kids of all ages, Netflix, PlayStation. For the adults, a Nespresso Coffee machine, fully fitted Butlers pantry, air conditioning and heating.

GUESTS upon booking MUST advise ages of all guests. STRICTLY no Schoolies, Bucks Parties, Hens Parties. It is a requirement of our owners to obtain ages and number of guests staying at this property. All guests must be 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by an adult, guardian or parent. If the accompanying guardian is not present, we can evict without refund. The host reserves the right at any time to cancel or not proceed with a booking that does not meet these requirements.

This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.
If at any time we find you are accommodating more people than you have booked for, you will be evicted immediately and extra charges may apply. All bookings are subject to owner confirmation and approval.

You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide us with a copy of your Drivers Licence & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.

NON SMOKING POLICY: applies to all of our holiday rental properties both inside and outside the property - extra cleaning charges may apply for any butts found on the property.

Upon booking a 50% deposit is payable immediately.
The total balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation requests before the 30 days of arrival - 50% deposit will be refunded
Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival – No money will be refunded

    We had a wonderful comfortable stay for three nights. The house was very spacious and clean, and idea for our extended family (inc grandparents and child/toddler). Only a short 5 mins drive to the centre of Cowes, the location was quiet and there is a lovely park/playground just a very short walk away. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen well laid out and appliance/kitchenware wise having everything what we needed. We loved our stay, and would not hesitate to stay here again when we next visit Phillip Island.

    Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A beautiful house, well appointed with everything you need. Good location, easy to get to the shops or site seeing. Highly recommend.
