Four bedroom home in West Dennis with central air!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Trotters Lane 6 is a nice vacation home for families with young children. It is close to beaches and other attractions and has a nice backyard on a quiet street. It is roomy and comfortable, with all of the amenities. I should also note that it is a pleasure to rent through the Martha Murray agency.

Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our week stay on Trotters Lane, it was close to South Village Beach and many other places we enjoy visiting in the Dennisport area. We loved the quiet neighborhood and walks around the 1/4 m. historic horse track. The only thing we'd change is the upstairs bedroom having an opening to the living room made it not so quiet and private, but we made the best of it. The home is well cared for and has a great location.

Seven adults and two children.The only issue we had was the drain form the dishwasher was moldy and you could smell it in the kitchen. Seeing one of the adults was allergic to mold they had to avoid the area as much as possible. You could see the mold in the plastic drain pipe underneath the sink. Once this gets fixed, I'm sure it will be fine.

Occupants of the other upstairs bedroom had to either go through the 4 bed room to use the bath or use the full bath on the first floor. The queen bed room upstairs is more like a loft vice private room as it overlooks the living room

I loved that the teens had their own room with 4 beds and a bath. It was super clean and had everything we needed. Only suggestion is to add ceiling fans to the downstairs bedrooms because we had to leave the bedroom doors open to have enough ac or airflow to sleep.
