Getting around is easy here—beaches, grocery stores, and restaurants are just a short drive or bike ride away. A1A provides quick access up and down the coastline, while nearby Eau Gallie Blvd connects you to Melbourne and the causeway to the mainland. Ride-share services are readily available, parking at the home is convenient, and the area is very walkable and bike-friendly for exploring locally.



Cars are not necessary in this area; however, a plus unless you choose to get around with an Uber or Lyft. Most restaurants and beach are walking distance!

    The listing says gated community, gates were broken and left open. The blinds in 2nd floor master were broken, public can see in bedroom. Toilet paper holder almost coming off wall. Only 1 towel holder in a master bathroom. Outside area looks like crap with weeds growing all around edges. A/C unit is surrounded by weeds,blocking air flow. Gate is broken, held closed by rope. The listing about unit and fee payment and additional fees is Very false. Not at all what i expected for what they charged.

    Rooms and closets were huge and clean and well furnished. Everything worked well. You might leave instructions on how to lock the door with the keypad, by holdung the unlock button a couple if seconds. It took us a while to learn that.
