Great place, with good layout

Lovely home filled with everything you need for a fun-filled stay in Sunriver. We enjoyed using the homeowners bikes and absolutely loved free access to the recreation center-the pool and water slides were great fun. Our only issue was trying to get the cable tv to work-just couldn’t figure it out!

The house had all the right spaces to spread out when we needed to and, of course, to hang out together. Peaceful location, spacious deck, awesome hot tub, lots of bikes, . . . We had a great stay!

Sunriver is a great community to visit. Lots of great paths to walk or ride your bike. Lots of beautiful golf courses to take advantage of while you are there, if you are a golfer.The Sunriver Village store is convenient and offers a lot of yummy options. Friendly service and close to house.Bend is 20 miles away and offers just about anything you need or want.

Lovely home! We enjoyed the deck and privacy even while among other homes. The kitchen was well supplied with everything we could possibly have needed. Kathy was very gracious when a problem arose. (I did forget to tell her the stove back left burner was not working.) As we were getting ready to leave, my granddaughter said it best….”I love this home!”

Was not stocked with enough toilet paper. Toilets did not work properly. Comforter had musky smell. Had to wash it. Chairs on deck are falling apart, netting is rotting. needs better cleaning. The cupboards are stickey and noticed one inch hole in dining room wall under window. Garage door opener on outside wall needs new batteries. It does not work all the time.

The house was perfect for the seven of us! The beds were comfortable, I appreciated the family room in addition to the living room, so everyone had space. The kitchen was well stocked. And we were short trips from Fort Rock Park and the SHARC. We'd happily stay there again.

We loved this home and especially how well stocked it was. Close to everything and helpful having the passes. The bikes are a bit of a challenge and some wider tires or at least a couple with gears would be appreciated. Overall, lovely property and so glad we stayed here!

Kathy is a great host and excellent communicator. The women of our family were together for a family reunion and we all thoroughly enjoyed our time and the wonderful outdoor space that the property has. Highly recommend this warm and comfortable property.

This property is very centrally located in Sunriver. All 3 bedrooms have bathrooms en suite. The kitchen is extremely well appointed. We really enjoyed our time here.

We have stayed in Sunriver a number of times over the past 40 years. This was certainly one of the very best. Nice and quiet with easy access to the river. This has to be one of the best-equipped rentals i have ever stayed in. I would highly recommend

This home is so warm & cozy, our family of 5 with two teens felt right at home. Kathy has a wonderfully outfitted kitchen with every utensil, pan, tool and spice imaginable. We loved the grill and table on the deck for sunset family dinners, as well as hot tub in the evenings. Bike were so handy -bike rides are a great way to see Sunriver property and grab a meal or coffee in the village. Kids loved using the SHARC passes a couple days. We would stay here again!

This is a family home, large enough for 6 of us. Well stocked and lots of bikes. We enjoyed our time very much.

Our Family used this home as a launching point for a few hikes (including Crater Lake), and it far exceeded expectations! This is easily the most stocked vacation home we've rented, the kitchen had plenty of pots/pans/baking sheets/plates/and cups. They did not skimp on laundry or dish detergent (which was a huge plus as I feel too many home rentals are doing that now). The home itself was beautiful but we didn't spend much time there, except in the hot tub! The Sunriver neighborhood was filled with awesome activities. We came home exhausted from hikes and still found ourselves trying to explore all the bike paths with the bikes they provided, and making pickleball reservations on the courts. Also, Kathy was so personable in the app, and very responsive; love being able to communicate with one single person who knows the rental in and out. Thanks so much for making our vacation an absolute blast!

We had a great time vacationing with family at this house. The kitchen was amazingly well stocked, the beds were comfortable, the bikes were in good condition and fun to ride, the passes to the pool were a big hit, the hot tub was nice to relax in, the ping pong table was fun, the location was quiet and close to trails. We would love to come back. The owner was very responsive.
