Stayed Aug 20, 2025Nice location and great house, really enjoyed the pool with the temps running around 110 it was great to cool off with. Would suggest that the air conditioner be lowered before guests arrive, it was set at 85, which was too hot, we had to leave for a couple of hours for the house to cool down.

Stayed Apr 5, 2024We flew to Lake Havasu to determine where we want to winter when my wife retires. We had several places in mind, but it only took this one trip to decide that Havasu is the place! The house was very comfortable and clean. The back deck/porch area is awesome! If you're looking for a quiet neighborhood, this is the place. We went for walks every evening and loved seeing the roadrunners, the mourning doves, and the prairie quail. What a relaxing place. Communication with the host was great, too. Thank you for a great stay!

Stayed Jan 6, 2024Host very quick to respond to questions, house very comfortable and clean and kitchen very well equipped for all our cooking needs , as well as linens in bathrooms and misc cleaning supplies . Really enjoyed sunsets on on back deck , would definitely recommend this place for others to stay!
