Host was very gracious
My friends and I had a great time. The bedrooms were wonderful, the bathrooms, and kitchen was awesome! Even in the heat couldn’t keep us away from the beautiful backyard. The back deck was amazing. We did have lots of bugs so bring bugs spray! Also be aware of critters in the area and the house. We had to put all our food in the fridge. But we loved our time relaxing and had a great time.
This stay was honestly a place of healing for me. The nature surrounding you is awesome! The house was beautiful, clean, and so cozy. I really appreciate the owner checking in to make sure I had everything I needed and was enjoying my stay. Truly a hidden gem in the Franklin area. So glad I found it and will be back.
I will definitely be back again. It was very peaceful and clean.
I must admit, I had some reservations about booking my stay at Blackberry. One review was not terribly complementary. But, what a delightful and charming place! And whatever cleaning issues a prior guest might have experienced, the place was impeccably clean upon our arrival. Tucked into the forest, it is an absolute delight. At night, you are surrounded by a symphony of restful sound, as only Mother Nature can provide. We thoroughly enjoyed roasting s’mores by the fire pit and the back deck is simply magical; charming lights and there always seemed to be a cool breeze blowing. We had a delightful and memorable stay. While I did, don’t hesitate; book it!!
Property was very clean and peaceful. I really enjoyed it.
We ending up showing up a day later than original reservation and the house was not live-able. Bugs and insects all over the floors, it hadn’t been cleaned, and then it was no longer an option to cancel. So we lost over $5k for a week that we never stayed here
