Welcome to the mountains! Our updated townhome is located in Forest Ridge, a private resort community just across the street from Loon Mountain. You'll be within a short walk to the resort's rec center. Area attractions, hiking, swimming and dining are all within minutes. The townhouse has 4 bedrooms, 3 levels and 2 separate living areas, making it an ideal option for large groups and families.

The townhouse is very spacious, and is spread out between 3 levels. On the first level, you'll find a large open concept living/dining/kitchen area as well as a half bathroom. There is a private balcony off of the kitchen complete with a gas bbq grill and outdoor dining set, where you can eat dinner or sip wine with peek-a-boo views of the ski slopes. On the top level, you'll find the master suite with jacuzzi, a queen bedroom, and a bunk room with 4 twin sized beds. There is a common bath and laundry area on this level. The walkout basement features another bunk room with 4 twins, a large second living room with kids games, and a 3rd full bathroom. There is a private patio area off of the basement living area. The whole unit has central AC for the summer months.

You will have the entire townhouse to yourself. Amenities are located in the recreation center, which is for Forest Ridge guests and owners only. There are passes for the rec center inside the unit. The rec center is typically open 9am-7pm but is subject to change seasonally.

Forest Ridge is an upscale resort community located off of the Kancamagus Highway, just across from Loon Mountain. The private community offers a recreation center with indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, exercise facility, tennis, pickelball etc. (passes are provided in the unit) Plenty for everyone to do on site, and just minutes away from area attractions!

There is a single car garage, as well as a second space in front of the garage, and a third space along the grass available for parking.

VACATION HOUSE RULES AND RENTAL AGREEMENT

Please be sure to read this rental agreement in full. By clicking “Book Now” you are acknowledging and agreeing to terms and conditions of the “vacation property.”

RENTAL TERMS/COSTS: Total guests not to exceed 12 people. Rental period begins at 4pm on date of check-in and ends at 10 am on date of check-out.

PARTIES/NOISE: Absolutely NO PARTIES. The vacation rental is not suitable for people looking for a party house. This is a family neighborhood and guests should keep noise at a respectable level. Guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately if any complaints are made in reference to a party in the home.

SMOKING: Absolutely NO SMOKING is allowed inside the condo.


CHECK OUT PROCEDURE: Check-out is at 10 am. Guests are expected to follow the check-out procedure. Additional fees may be charged if the check-out time or procedure is not followed by guests.


SEPTIC: Our home is on a septic system. Please do not flush sanitary items or wipes down the toilet. Do not put coffee grinds or kitchen grease down the sink drain.

WEATHER: No refunds are given due to inclement weather or loss of power caused by storms.

INDEMNIFICATION & HOLD HARMLESS; ASSUMPTION OF RISK. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless your Host, North Woods Vacation Rentals LLC, and the homeowner, for any liabilities, damage, cost or expense whatsoever arising from or related to any claim in connection with your use and/or occupancy of the Vacation Rental, including, but not limited to, any claim or liability for personal injury, damage, fines, penalties, loss of personal belongings, or theft of property, which is made, incurred, or sustained by you and/or anyone using the Vacation Rental during your stay. You and anyone using the Vacation Rental during your stay accepts and assumes all risks involved in or related to the use of third-party transportation vendors, the pool/hot tub, activities participated in while on the premises, or amenities provided at the property, as applicable.

GENERAL TERMS. If any section, clause, paragraph, or term of the Rental Agreement is held or determined to be void, invalid, or unenforceable for any reason, all other terms, clauses, or paragraphs herein shall be severed and remain in force and effect. This Agreement shall be binding on and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and on each of their heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assignees.

We want our guests to enjoy our home to the fullest, and for the safety of guests, our home and neighbors, you are expected to follow our house rules and check-out procedure. If it is discovered that any house rules are not followed, guests may be asked to vacate the property and will forfeit all monies paid (including any unused nightly rental fees and deposits).

This Agreement is between the owner of the Vacation Rental (your “Host”), and the individual completing this booking transaction for the Vacation Rental (“you” or “Guest”). You agree that you will be responsible for the actions and behavior of each individual present at the Vacation Rental during your stay. This includes ensuring each individual in your party or otherwise present at the Vacation Rental is aware of and in compliance with the terms identified in this Agreement.

The Guests agree to the terms of this Short Term Rental Agreement, as evidenced by payment and the acceptance of the booking agreement through the direct booking, VRBO or Airbnb platform.

    We were very pleased with this rental. It was spacious, clean and at a great location. Our grandchildren made full use of the outdoor pool and it was a godsend to have an indoor pool and hot tub for use on rainy days. Our host Jenna, was very accessible and always relayed information expeditiously. We had a great time!

    This was a nice place to host a nice 4th of July getaway for a family of 9. We always come to Lincoln every year and this property so far has been our most favorite one thus far. Pictures are accurate to the property. The owner was very communicative throughout the entire booking process. Will book again for a future stay.

    Glad to say that this place was as listed and nicely accommodated our family from 20 to 89 years olds! Well stocked, comfy beds, quiet area on a cul de sac across from Loon Mountain. No issues in and out. Would stay here again. Thanks for a great weekend! Celebrated our 30th year of family fishing weekend.

    Great space for two families to share. Enjoyed the White Mountains, Santa’s Village, & a good amount of time at the complex’s pool club - indoor pool, hot tub, & outdoor pool. Responsive host with easy entry/check-out.
