Forest Retreat over 1 acre, Hot Tub, Log Furniture, Wildlife!

My kids and I enjoyed our stay here! We played so many games, made family meals together, watched movies, and enjoyed the hot tub at night, especially since it snowed all weekend. It was a great stay and we would love to come back sometime!

Place was clean and quiet. Perfect location with a great layout. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance. All bedrooms need new mattresses but that did not diminish the pleasantness or enjoyment of our stay at the cabin. Highly recommend, A,

Great place, our kids loved exploring the backyard and all the animal decor. We enjoyed the hot tub and the wood stove, it was a very cozy place with a fully stocked kitchen, it had everything we needed. It was a little father from Garden of the gods and Pike’s Peak that I thought, the neighborhood itself was a long winding road to navigate, but if you want a peaceful place away from a lot of the tourist attractions then this is a great spot.

Everything about our stay was great! Very clean house, plenty of room for our family and the hot tub was perfect!

Everything was clean. We enjoyed our stay very much. The hot tub was well used. We also used the fire pit. The view from the house was very nice. Check-in & check out was very easy.TV was easy to use. Had some condiments & spices which was nice as we flew into the area. Everything worked! Thank you -- we had a very nice stay!

Beautiful house in a beautiful place but keep in mind...this ain't the Waldorf. It's not for those who want to be pampered, it's for those that want to get away...really away. And that's what we wanted.The house is fully furnished and ready to cook in once you bring food. Beds are comfy and so is the rest of the house... it's how I'd do it if I lived there. It's quiet and rests in a beautiful, wilder landscape for anyone who has forgotten what the outdoors looks like. Yet you will want for more when you leave. Highly recommended for anyone that doesn't need room service.

I was a great space for my family of 4 and had a great Colorado cabin vibe!!!

Check-In process was easy, though I suggest printing off the instructions for arrival before you get there because our internet was extremely sparse out there. The roads are a bit Rocky, but it is on the top of a mountain. I'm not sure how they would be in the winter time. Would be sure you'd want four-wheel drive.The cabin had everything we needed and was plenty of room for two couples plus kids. The host had beach towels for the hot tub and regular towels and washcloths and even some extra amenities like soap/shampoo in the bathroom, some toilet paper and laundry and dishwasher supplies. All the beds were comfortable and all the blankets and sheets were very soft.The kitchen had most of the tools that we needed for cooking. Nice big dining area for playing board games or eating with the family. Nice downstairs gathering area where kids could play separately with another TV. We even had several visitors that made the trip fun. A deer came right up to the front porch and there was a bobcat that visited one morning. I could not get the fire pit to work. It appeared to be locked, but minor detail. The hot tub was clean and warm. It was perfect. This was definitely a wonderful stay and we would go again for sure. Very peaceful and enjoyable.

Very enjoyable location and property.

We had a truly wonderful stay! Check in and communication was a breeze! The home was thoughtfully stocked, very clean, well maintained and the beds were comfortable! It was plenty spacious enough for my husband and and I and our 3 adult children. It was a quick trip to visit with our son, who is stationed at Fort Carson. He loved the location being away from base for it felt like a little vacation for him! Yet, we were close enough for us to visit some of his favorite spots in the springs as well! The kitchen was perfect for whipping together meals and had everything we needed. The dining table was large enough for us all to eat together, and play cards and games around! Our son especially enjoyed having a deck to sit out on and spot deer in the backyard each day, Something he misses from home. We didn’t have a chance to try the hot tub but It was great to spend a long weekend together and we left with lots of memories! We would definitely rent again! Thank you for sharing your home with us and making it so easy and comfortable!

This property was just as described. It was a quiet and peaceful place to relax and enjoy family time. Nestled in the mountains we were able to watch the wildlife. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. Will definitely stay here again when we are back in the area.

The property is located in a beautiful location. We saw some bears roaming the neighborhood which was pretty cool. Mueller State park is a great hidden gem not far from the property. Beds were not the comfiest but overall a great place to stay.

We had a great stay here, but it was an adventure! On our first full day we got caught in a hail storm playing golf and then when we got back to the house the power was off. Apparently there was a tornado nearby. I let Henry know and he brought a generator for us to use! So thankful! We had a great time, the beds were fine and the hot tub was great and we were able to cook our meals and watch the NBA Finals on the TV.

myself and 3 friends were in the Divide area to do some fishing. The house was great. Nice peaceful setting, saw lots of deer on property, and Elk on the ride to the house. Must visit 11 mile canyon, great views of Pikes peak everywhere.

Enjoyed the property. Secluded forest view from the hot tub. Reasonably close to activities at pikes peak, woodland park, and Manitou springs

We just needed a place for a few days of peace and quiet, and this was perfect! Robin and Henry were the most gracious hosts and were very quick to respond to any questions we had. Star gazing from the hot tub was amazing too! We totally plan to go back! All in all, it’s a 10 out of 10 and I would highly recommend it to anyone!

We loved our stay here! We brought our two kiddos, ages 4 and 6, and we enjoyed the hot tub, the playground, and playing in the snow! We also had a blast at Paradox Brewery, 10 min away from the cabin! We will definitely stay here again :)

We came for Christmas and it was perfect. Beautiful property. Deer coming to the front and back yard. Hot tub was wonderful.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this Cabin and it was just as wonderful as the first! It was perfectly clean and beautifully decorated with Christmas lights. We got eight inches of snow the day we arrived at the cabin and seeing the place covered in snow was positively magical! The hot tub was especially pleasant while it was snowing, and kept us warm even when temps reached zero. We’ll definitely be returning for next year’s Christmas vacation!

Very nice and clean home, located close enough to local town of Divide. Beautiful mountain scenery and wildlife. Definitely glad we had an all wheel drive vehicle as we were there during a significant snow storm. Beautiful sunny days after the storm. Close to Mueller State Park with fantastic hiking.

We loved our stay in the cabin. Deer were everywhere and the lake was a nice walk away. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed!

We had such a great time, the hot tub was amazing, the house had some fun board games, and we loved feeding the deer in the morning. It was such a beautiful place. Definitely want to come back!

This property was meticulously clean everywhere. It was in the mountains but close to restaurants and grocery shopping. Close to Garden if the Gods, the Cog train and to quant town of manitou downtown area. I highly recommend this property. The owner was easily available by text and was very helpful for identifying local must see attractions . 5 star in every aspect.

Everything was excellent.

The cabin was the perfect size for our family of four. Our youngest came down with pneumonia and required a short visit to the hospital which was very close by and had the best staff we’ve ever encountered. It was very clean and had everything we needed.

It was a wonderful place to stay! It was away from the hustle and bustle of the city but close to many attractions. The roads seemed very well maintained! It was easy to get around! We loved it!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was off the beaten path and quiet. The house had everything we needed to make the stay enjoyable. The kids enjoyed the volleyball court down the road and seeing deer right outside the house. It's a bit of a drive to all the activities in the area but not too bad if you plan for the extra drive time. We'd definitely go back!

Robin’s place was awesome! Hotub was great after long hikes with trails minutes away! Clean and plenty of space that was fully stocked with all the necessities for a great vacation! Thanks for a great stay!

My family loved this place! It's in a beautiful and quiet area. Perfect if you want to be close to all the attractions but out of the city. I highly recommend this place and hope we will be back some day!

Loved the remoteness of the cabin. Loved listening to the quietness of the woods. Hot tub was very enjoyable too.
