Forest Reach home near beach with pool access & W/D - dog-friendly

We loved the screened porch, and large kitchen. With 7 adults, we never felt crowded. There is plenty of space.

This is the second year we’ve stayed in this home. The location is perfect in a quiet community that’s a short drive to everything. The community pool is clean and well-maintained. And the best part is that it’s dog-friendly! Thank you for welcoming my 2 travel companions!

The location is close to Ocean City, Bethany Beach, Rehoboth Beach and Lewes, Delaware. After a day of excitement, it was wonderful to return to Forest Reach each evening to relax and get a good night's sleep. My stay was wonderful and i highly recommend it to others.

Great location, very comfortable setting, and well equipped kitchen

The home was wonderful and perfect for our family of four and dog! Immediately walking in, the house felt like a dog friendly home away from home. Some houses advertise as dog “friendly” but seem more dog “tolerant.” You could tell that the home was welcoming to dogs with the sofa covers, water/food bowls, dog toys, etc. The house was spacious, clean and contained all of the amenities needed for our week away. It was an added bonus to have beach chairs and boogie boards to be able to use. The dining areas were great for us to be able to eat together or play games at night. We also enjoyed using the screened in porch which had some really comfortable chairs and a couch! The community was a short distance from the main road and the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and the home!

Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors.

We absolutely loved this comfortable and tastefully decorated home in a picturesque, quiet community. The pool, which we used daily, was a short walk. The beach and numerous restaurants were only a 10 min drive away. The beds were quite comfortable and it was obvious that the home was lovingly maintained. We appreciated the fact that it was dog-friendly and we also appreciated the book of suggestions (the dogs and kids both LOVED the James Farm Ecological Preserve!).

This home was spacier than we thought it would be. Very niece, clean and great for a family to stay! Extra beach supplies was a plus, as well as a good array of games and puzzles. Pool was clean and nice get away from the beach. Was a little nervous about the neighbors and not knowing who the anti-dog neighbor was. But the binder gave a lot of great information! Would definitely stay here again!

The house is great! We had four adults and three children staying on the property. There were several areas throughout the house for everyone to find their own space. We had access to the pool which was a great relief because it was quite warm. Overall we had a minor hiccup but a solution was offered. We were happy with our stay.
