Forest Hills Cottage! Central location!

Great locations and big backyard!

I stayed here with my sister. We are both seniors. This is a very clean and comfortable house in a quiet neighborhood. We had every thing we could have needed, and then some. The host checked in with us several times to see if we needed anything. The location is perfect for whatever we wanted to do or wherever we wanted to go. We highly recommend this house and will stay here again should it be available.

My stay at Forest Hills Cottage was one of the best places my family has the the pleasure of staying. Next time I'm in Augusta Forest Hill Cottage will be my first choice.

The rooms were clean, well set up. Every room should have a mirror though. It was very hard for multiple people to get ready for an event with only two bathroom mirrors.The kitchen can use more pots and newer pans. Additionally, please add some basic spices and cooking oil for quick fixes. We travel a lot and almost all houses have provided them. We have left behind ours for next guests Thank you for our comfortable stay.

The whole house was spotless! Every room was well appointed and the kitchen even had some necessities already stocked. The location was just minutes from downtown. We had the most perfect stay!

This home was PERFECT for our stay! This home is beautifully renovated and in a quiet neighborhood. There were 4 adults and everyone had their own bedroom. Our dog loved the backyard too! For the older people in our party- they appreciated the ranch style home and access to a shower.The host was very responsive before, during and after our stay. We would highly recommend this property.

Such a wonderful and beautiful home. Such a beautiful and safe neighborhood. We absolutely loved everything about it. The owners were wonderful and communicating was great. They always answered quickly when we had questions. The children enjoyed the backyard. The smores were awesome sitting in the back area. Thank you so much for everything.

The house was the perfect setup for us, we ended up using all 4 bedrooms as more came to help cook for my daughters wedding, the owner had a little hiccup with some lighting that happened while doing upgrades to the home the week before but handled it like a champ, of all the places I’ve stayed and owners I’ve met these were class act people. The facilities were on point as well as the WiFi and transportation, uber had us downtown at the restaurant and bar in no time. The neighbors are super nice and even offered to help cook. Don’t look at our mess in the photos haha we cleaned it up.

Check in and check out process was a breeze! The house was clean and well maintained. The backyard was amazing! The parking area was very tight. And the bedrooms are more suitable for up to 8 people. We were a party of 10 and it was a tight squeeze, as well. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked and easy to navigate. The location was very convenient to shopping and restaurants in a beautiful, family friendly neighborhood.

We were in town for a basketball tournament and just wanted to make sure we had space to relax. The house was well-maintained, communication with Stephanie was great! The location is close to everything and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

We've made this lovely listing our home away from home when visiting family in Augusta. I know we can rely on easy communication with the owners, clean and comfortable accommodations, and easy access to everything we want to do in town. In spite of the recent and extensive hurricane damage in the area, this property is ready to host.
