Stayed Jun 22, 2024We enjoyed our stay very much! The house is beautifully renovated and large, and the yard was perfect for our Golden Retriever to play in. Fabien was cordial and came to help immediately when we had a small problem with the Wifi. We would like to come again!

Stayed Aug 19, 2023We greatly enjoyed our time in this family home. We particularly valued the bright and spacious open plan ground floor with direct access to the terrace and mature gardens. Lovely to have the company of black sheep grazing peacefully behind a fence underneath the fruit trees. St Lunaire turned out to be a very charming seaside town with a nice beach promenade, cafes/restaurants, historic seaside villas and a rocky promontory ideal for watching the magnificent sunsets. Within a 30-minutes driving radius, there is plenty to see and do. The owner responded promptly and contact with the local property manager was very easy. The lack of a bathroom was more cumbersome than expected but we understand that the owners are considering to change this. The listing of the property on vrbo.com and fewo-direkt is not entirely accurate/comprehensive, e.g. it does not mention the lack of a bathroom or that it is unsuitable for tall people or people with reduced mobility. It is also worth knowing that there are some additional costs which are not stated on these websites at the time of paying the (non-refundable) booking deposit: water, electricity; cleaning fee, bed linen, bath towels, kitchen towels (optional); and damage deposit.
