No smoking, parties, rearranging furniture, blocking driveways, excessive noise, or disturbing neighbors.

SECURITY CAMERAS
Our property is equipped with exterior Ring cameras and are capable of recording video and audio. There is a Ring camera located at the main entrance of the home, front of garage, both sides of the home, side gate entrance, and back yard. These are solely on the exterior of the property. Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons and to monitor occupancy and other property policies. It in no way infringes upon the expectation of privacy in these public areas. To disable or obscure the cameras is prohibited and may result in the immediate removal of guest(s) and forfeiture of all amounts paid.

    Stayed here for nearly 2 months. Great park across the street with a very nice dog park and playground. Lots of restaurants and shopping a short drive away. Property was very clean. We had a great stay!

    This home was perfect for our needs. Beautifully appointed and looked just as nice as the photos and the energy was even better. We went to Red Rock for a hike which we couldn't used the whole week to explore the area. The space and bedrooms were soooooo peaceful and comfortable. Communication with Miko was fast, easy, and friendly.Thank you Miko we will definitely keep your home on our list for future visits.

    Great house in a very nice neighborhood. Close to Dog Park and childs park.Within 10 miles of the strip ,Restaurants, Shopping close by.No issues at all with Mikos house he emailed me asking if i needed anything and offered to assist with any concerns i had.Would definitely rent again .ACQ

    The home was beautifully decorated. The owner thought of everything from the towel warmer, bathrobes, fully stocked kitchen and bathroom it all added a nice touch. The area was also great not too busy or congested very quiet and comforting. I will absolutely stay again.

    Host had a major failure with the HVAC system for this two story building. Temps dropping to 43 degrees with no heat in the house. Property manager could not fix; Supplied us with 4 space heaters that we had to move around the rooms.The Beds only had cotton thermal blanket. Host offered to have repair company come during our stay - too disruptive for our short stay with family we came across country to be with!!!!!

    We will definitely stay here the next time we are in Vegas. What I love was the large washing machine and a well stocked kitchen with the “must haves”. Miko was responsive and friendly before, during, and after our visit!

    We had an incredible time staying at this beautiful house in the foothills of Las Vegas. The location was perfect—far enough from the Strip to enjoy peace and tranquility, but close enough to easily drive in for dining, shopping, and entertainment. The house itself was immaculate and spacious, with all the comforts of home. The kitchen was well stocked, making it easy to cook meals when we didn't feel like going out. The bedrooms were large and the beds were super comfortable, ensuring a restful night.
