Stayed Jul 31, 2025I am still giving five stars because the stay was great! I love Ft. Myers beach and the people. They had a mulett toss bar hopping contest going on which was sooo much fun! I do have to say the house wasn't as clean as I expected upon arrival and it is unfinished from the hurricanes (which I understand) I also wish there was more clear directions on check out (sheets, dishes, garbage etc..

Stayed Jul 3, 2025Spent July 4th 2025 with our family and the house was great. Right on the canal that fit our 13ft boat along with our kayak. Probably fits up to a 25 ft sized boat tied up to the dock. Easy access to the ocean. House was clean and a/c works very well! Walk to the beach is about 10 minutes.

Stayed Jun 13, 2025We have great time except for the neighbor that started to bang on the fence and screaming, offending and disrespecting our guests complaining for the noise. We have to call the police for her to calm down.

Stayed Apr 24, 2025One of the best stocked homes I’ve stayed at! It had a fully stocked kitchen with lots of appliances. Soooo many beach towel’s. Even a few air mattress’s! Quite a bit rafts/floaties and pool toys! Waking up and sitting outside by the pool and the canal was a plus! Not a long walk from the house to the sand, but from the beginning of the sand to the ocean was a trek. That part of the beach has very soft sand which makes it tough to pull a beach cart through it. But overall great experience!
