This home was a lovely place to stay. It was clean and comfortable. The location was beautiful and quiet. It was a great place to stay with the whole family, children included.

We enjoyed Barbarosa Beach tremendously! Everything was well thought out for all of your comforts from the easy to see labeled lighting to the heated pool, it was excellent! Option of single pod Keurig to a larger pot coffee maker to high end appliances, there wasn’t anything else we could have wanted. April was great as the pool was sun filled from morning to night. Several sliders which opened to screened outdoor living was a great feature. Plenty of places to find and relax. We had bikes delivered to the house for rentals for the week as Marco is a great place to ride bikes. My teenage boys loved the independence of riding around Marco as it is safe with sidewalks everywhere! One thing to keep in mind, this is a quiet street with neighbors on each side, but they were pleasant and we had no concerns/issues at all! I would highly recommend staying at Barbarosa Beach! We would have a hard time coming back and NOT staying at this amazing home.

This house was actually larger than we needed, and just as the listing suggests, could accommodate much more than our family of 4. Our girls (8 & 11) spent every afternoon in the pool, and loved it! It is very close to the local Y and an exceptional/family-oriented park less than half a mile away - outdoor sport courts, walking/bike trail, etc. In a quiet neighborhood but super close to everything! Professional management was greatly appreciated as the check-in and check-out process was super easy. We also appreciate that the pros know how to accomdate vacationing guests - clean towels and bedding, kitchen had all necessary items and included some paper products, grill worked great, second fridge on lower level near pool, outdoor TV, we could go on...Thanks so much for having us and we think you have an awesome home! -The Tacomas, Spring Break 2025

Property was just as pictured. Great location and everything you need!

I loved the house, it is laid out well for 2 couples and then Children/adults in the upper loft. When we arrived all of the showers were backing up water due to the drains were clogged which lent me to the fact that the cleaning company was not very thorough. The front door was broke , there were loose trim pieces falling off. The blankets did smell like they had not been washed so I had to wash them myself. The fan/light in the kitchen was not working and they did order a new one but it did not arrive until the middle of our stay and we did not want workmen in there while we were there disrupting our family time. There were tiny bugs in the kitchen cabinets, but it is Florida which is common. The pool was very clean and warm and it was a wonderful area for family and toddlers. The house is great but they need to get a much better management team to take care of it.

Had a wonderful time, only complaint was the neighbor had 3 dogs that were outside bark like crazy, and very little sun in backyard, but besides that great

Property is great. Worked well for our family. The only negative was the shaded pool area, no sun by the pool. The dock and side yard were great for getting sun though!

We recently stayed at the property on Marco Island and it was absolutely fantastic! The house is stunning, with spacious rooms that made us feel right at home. The amenities provided were top-notch, from the fully equipped kitchen to the outdoor deck perfect for evening relaxation and cocktails. The pool was pristine and offered a refreshing break after long days at the beach. Moreover, the location of this property is superb, offering easy access to local shops and restaurants. The hosts were incredibly accommodating, providing detailed information about the area and ensuring our stay was comfortable and hassle-free. Our time at the property was genuinely memorable, and we can't recommend it enough for anyone looking to enjoy a peaceful getaway in Marco Island. We're already planning our return trip!

A great place for all ages! Perfect location!

The house was great for our group of 8. Two family’s of four traveling together. There are basically two primary bedrooms on the main floor. Bunks in the loft were great. No window covering in the loft so early morning wake ups can be expected if they are not used to it. Pool was great. Had it heated to 88 for an additional charge but was worth it. Half the pool is shaded late March early April. Can’t beat the covered outdoor space. The largest we’ve seen based on the style of the house. With the breeze the shaded area was very comfortable when we stayed. Plan to bring extra laundary pods and dishwasher tabs because only a couple are provided. By the time you wash the bedding as requested or run the dishwasher a few times you'll need extra. We have been staying at rentals in Marco for the last four years and find that bringing some laundary pods, dishwasher tabs and garbage bags is better than buying the smallest size at Publix or Walmart.
