Florida Family Home w/ Dock on Saw Mill Lake!

The home was absolutely beautiful! The view is amazing. The neighborhood was nice and peaceful. It only took us 45 minutes to get from the house to Disney, Universal Studios and Medieval Times. The pool was clean and warm. The host was very nice and provides thorough explanations in the home of how everything works. The checkout instructions were clear and not burdensome. We had an awesome time and miss it already!

We had a wonderful 10 day stay with our family. Amy was an amazing host. She went above and beyond to help us with our car and dog.

Vacation was great. The outdoors were amazing: the pool, the beach, the lake. Location is top notch! A 30-minute drive to Disney.Some negatives: The lockings of the doors need to be fixed. The patio door doesn’t lock. The BBQ was dirty. We didn’t use it because of that. Overall, I recommend this place.

The home was clean and nice with very cute decor. We were not there very much but were able to use the pool and hot tub and enjoyed both. Received detailed communication from the home owner as well as several emails from the management company which was a little confusing at times. We were cautioned about one neighbor but did not have any issues with them. Overall comfortable home that we were grateful to be able to use.

The house was just as described, the decor was super cute and comfortable, and the house is located in a quiet HOA neighborhood. We took advantage of the quiet and serene views, as well as the pool and the hot tub.

It was alot better in person than pictures. The view the weather the house is amazing so clean and bright. It's like we left one home to come into another so amazing.

Overall we had a very nice time. The house was lovely, well decorated, comfortable, and clean. The picture on Vrbo that shows the beach and the lake is a little dated because the water table is very low. In reality there are more weeds and mud. The pool was nice, only the skimmer wasn't working so we had to do it by hand, the bottom of the pool was clean and it was a great temperature. The hot tub was nice, clean, and relaxing. Everything worked in the house. The beds were comfortable. One thing that surprised us was that the A/C automatically turned off while we were at dinner because it needed the filter changed. It wouldn't come back on until we told it we'd change the filter later. The neighbors are a little creepy, they kept walking around outside and looking at us, not sure what their problem was, but it seemed like odd behavior. They didn't say anything, they just kinda crept around and stared at us. We had a bluetooth speaker playing music, but it wasn't very loud, and it was the middle of the day, so... ? All in all it was a nice trip, I wish the water table in the lake was a little higher, the pool skimmer worked, and the neighbors weren't so nosey. But, it was quiet, clean, and a beautiful view. We got lucky and had lots of sunshine. We even caught a very nice 7 lb. Largemouth off the dock, so that was awesome! A couple small issues, but we'd recommend staying here, had a great time.

Our family of 6 adults stayed at the Lake house to attend a family event in Clermont. The location was perfect and the house was very accommodating. The kitchen was very well equipped. We really enjoyed the pool and lanai and the lakeview was beautiful at sunset and very peaceful.

This is a pretty house on a lake. My elderly parents live an hour away so we rented this house - 5 adults- for a week vacation not too far from my parents. My sisters live in VA and NJ and I live in NY. The house is well maintained. The owner obviously lives there. We were disappointed that all the dressers contained the owner’s clothes so we couldn’t properly unpack. Also, the owner “stopped by” one morning to use her boat with friends to water ski. I thought she was just getting something from her boat and didn’t understand that she was going to stay for a couple hours. I found this intrusive. I cooked 2 meals daily. The kitchen appliances are great, but the oven needed to be cleaned. We spent much time in the pool and hot tub. The set up with the pool and hot tub outside the door is fantastic. The backyard is wonderful.
