1811 Dade Court was a great house. We throughly enjoyed our stay there. We loved the quiet and somewhat isolated area but happy to be only 3 minutes from the grocery store. The pool area was great, the only suggestion I have would be trim or remove the bushes by the pool. When our grandchildren were in the pool there were certain areas where we could not see them because of thebushes. Overall, loved the house! Thanks so much!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First, I want to say, our experience with Edgewater was outstanding. Hannah could not have been more helpful throughout the whole process, even going out of her way to help us with some baby rentals prior to our arrival. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a great vacation. Now, on to the house itself. It. Is. Beautiful! It is a huge amount of well laid out space. We loved the living room with its large multi-paneled door wall. Opening it up gave us indoor and outdoor space with the lovely balcony area. Being from Michigan, we wanted to be outside as much as possible, and this house has amazing outdoor space on every level. Along with the area off of the living room and kitchen, the balcony off of 3 of the comfy bedrooms gives you a third floor view of the bay and the stars at night. So pretty! And, then there's the pool and hot tub area. It had a perfect mix of sun and shade. We spent each day relaxing out there, and the heated pool was great for our 4 month old grandson to splash around in. When we needed relief from the heat or rain (unfortunately), we were just inside in the downstairs living area playing pool or watching tv. We did not eat dinners in much, but when we did, the kitchen was equipped enough to pull together basic meals. When standing out on the balcony on our last day, my husband and I commented that we absolutely loved the house, but that it definitely could use a little TLC. I'm sure in its heyday, the home was superb. Now, it seems to really need a good power washing outside and a deep cleaning inside with a good coat of paint to sparkle up the wear and tear of renting. The furniture must've cost a fortune at time of purchase because, although older, it has held up pretty well. I love the style of all furniture as it fits the overall style of the house and adds to its southern charm. We would definitely stay here again. The location, layout and spaciousness of the house and beautiful outdoor areas can't be beat.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The area the house is in is very quiet and well manicured. The house is located a bit far from everything and driving is a must. The house itself has a lot of room and was well laid out for our family of seven. The bedrooms were large but it appears there might be mold on the AC vents not an expert in mold but the vents had a black substance on it. The basement rec room was also a nice touch but the mildew smell kept most of us out. The pool was amazing and super warm which was a nice touch. We did run into an issue towards the end of our stay with the filtration system and notified the property management team but nobody came out to fix it. The pool was very dirty towards the end of the stay because of this. The outside of the house is well manicured and the pool area is very clean and nicely setup. The outside of the home does need a good power washing. Overall the stay was great and the price was right. If you want to utilize the beach more I would suggest staying closer to the main area of the island.

Loved this quiet sanctuary! Attended a conference locally and the house was much nicer than staying at an over priced hotel. Beautifully appointed with everything you could need.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at Florida Estate Home was SPECTACULAR! We loved every second of our stay here. The grounds and home were well-kept. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything that you could possibly need for preparing meals. In one of the reviews, some one stated that the home needed updating...this home is everything you see in the pictures, the kitchen was top-of-the-line and the furniture and beds were comfortable. This was the perfect home away from home. We plan on coming back to Marco Island and this is the only place that we would stay.

What a fantastic stay we had at Marco Island! Our five-year tradition reached new heights with our recent visit. The house is beautifully decorated, exuding an elegant estate vibe that captivated us from the moment we arrived. A big shoutout to Hannah and Maurice for being exceptional hosts who were always attentive to questions and requests. Let me share some highlights that were not mentioned in the description. The garage is a treasure trove with four adult bikes, two kids' bikes, rafts for pool lounging, beach chairs, and an umbrella—all at our disposal with the convenience of garage door openers provided by our hosts. Nestled at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, the house offers a serene and private atmosphere that truly adds to its enchantment. Sunrise views from the third-floor patio overlooking Barfield Bay are breathtaking. Plus, the heated pool and spa, controllable from the kitchen panel, made our relaxation time even more luxurious. The rec room by the pool, equipped with a handy small refrigerator, was perfect for keeping our drinks cool as we enjoyed the sunny Florida weather. And speaking of convenience, a quick three-minute drive to the nearby Publix grocery store made stocking up on essentials a breeze. Access to the beaches was a short drive down the road, adding to the convenience and enjoyment of our stay. Needless to say, our family is already clamoring for a return visit. I can't recommend this property enough—it truly exceeded all our expectations.
