The house was great, loved the location.

Great location, in walking distance to most shops, restaurants and activities in Frankenmuth. Clean and spacious rooms and yard. We went at Christmas and we could hear the music and see the lights of the town when outside but no noise inside. There are a lot of outdoor decks that would be another gathering space in the warmer months. Very fair clean up expectations.

We had an issue at check in where the key pad wasn’t working and we couldn’t unlock the door to get in. I messaged the host a few times over the next hour or so and didn’t get a response until over 12 hours later the next morning. Luckily one of the windows was left open slightly by the door and we were able to get into the house. Had it not been for the that window we would have been without a place to stay for the night. The place was overall pretty clean but unused linen were left in quite a mess in many of the closest (clean or dirty I’m unsure) which made it feel as though the bedding wasn’t quite clean. Other than that it was a good space and worked for what we needed for our stay.

We had an amazing time. I was hoping we'd get snowed in so we could stay longer. The only thing that was missing was pots and pans. You need a whole set. We were lucky to bring or buy the ones we needed. Also, one of your shower doors doesn't slide open the way it should. other than that, the place is perfect in every way. Hope to return next year.

Great property. This is our 2nd time staying. The house is big and close to everything. Its clean and has everything we need!

The house and location were perfect for a Girls' Weekend in Frankenmuth. Everything was in walking distance. Plenty of space for everyone, all rooms had great beds with linens, extremely comfortable living areas, very clean. Highly Recommend.

We enjoyed the shopping in downtown and how close everything was. We had trouble with our tv and the host came out to fix it immediately. Will definitely stay there again and recommend it to family and friends.

Great location! We were able to walk everywhere in the downtown area. The outside was a beautiful place to spend the evening and the inside was very spacious!

The location was fantastic. It was very close to shops, restaurants and the Bavarian Belle. Walkable to lots of cool things. Plenty of room, even for a lot of people. Parking for easily 4 or more cars in the private driveway. Nice deck. Owners are excellent communicators, friendly and value your stay experience. I'd defintiely recommend and stay again myself.

A wonderful (not so little) house in the PERFECT location to Frankenmuth's shops and attractions! Having stayed in hotels during trips to Frankenmuth, we decided to rent a house this last time and we don't think we'll be going back to the hotels any time soon.

We had a great trip and enjoyed this house! There was enough rooms, bathrooms, and space for all of us. We loved having a kitchen to make breakfasts and snacks.

We were in town on short notice for a funeral and this was one of our few options with a dog. The host was very responsive with our questions and the house was pretty clean except the fridge, kitchen sink, and bedroom closets. Not a big deal for a quick night.

Lots of room to spread out and plenty of bathrooms for the whole family. Perfect location to walk to everything in town.

This house was perfect for our group of 11, with plenty of room to gather, and serve meals. Bedrooms are a bit bigger than they looked in photos - which was a good thing!We enjoyed being able to walk to all the Frankenmuth shops and attractions! Checkin was smooth and easy. A group of 5 couples stayed in this house for Frankenmuth’s 80s Fest and it was just perfect! We will definitely be booking this house again.

The property was perfect for the oldest matriarch with a walker to the youngest active two-year-old. It is an excellent base to venture to local attractions, shopping and walks. We brought with us a pack and play, booster chair, and family games. The house is tranquil while being the perfect location. We were able to arrive and us the instructions sent to enter the home. We took a tour then went to the local store to purchase coffee and basics for our stay. Thank you to the Stadt-platz team for a wonderful experience.

The check in process was not good for us. I had no contact number. It needs to be just a number for the house manager. I had to contact VRBO directly, which was very helpful and he contacted house manager and she then sent us the entry numbers. All occupants complained about thier matresses being uncomfortable.

Perfect location.

We have been coming to Frankenmuth for many years and have been staying at a local hotel. We decided to try a rental home this year for more privacy for our family. We were very pleased with our stay at Stadt-Platz. The home had everything we needed for our family to be comfortable. The location was great and enjoyed the magic of Christmas once again in Frankenmuth. Thank you

We traveled as extended family group. We enjoyed the proximity of the home to the main attractions. Plenty of room to spread out and also spend time playing games etc in the evening.

We enjoyed the cleanliness, large rooms, and close proximity of the home to downtown Frankenmuth. We often walked as well as drove just a few minutes to enjoy shopping, a show at Zehnders, and eating at some of the many restaurants.

The home is a perfect location for touring the town of Frankenmuth. Here for a sisters/cousins weekend so our group age ranged from 28 through 95. The home was comfortable for all.

This home is very spacious and comfortable! Just steps away from shops and restaurants. I’d stay there again!

Location is great! Near the edge of down town, perfect for walking if desired. Spacious, uncluttered spaces inside and out work for groups to gather together. Super accommodating host! Agree with other review mentions of: slippery shower floors and average mattresses. Would book again, thanks for the stay!

We had a wonderful stay. Great location and cutest house.

Easy to find and get around. Everything was very nicely done. We are all over 75. The only improvement we suggest is a wooden mat for the upstairs shower. It is VERY VERY slippery and we had to put a towel on the floor inside and out. The other two showers had pans that were fine. Figuring out the TV was also a challenge but we managed.

Stadt-Platz was a great stay for my group of friends. Lots of room for everyone, very close to the downtown.

Everything was clean, near downtown, and easily accessable. The only issue was we are mostly over 50 and none of us found the beds very comfortable. That was the biggest thing!!

What we liked: 1.) LOCATION! Ok so it's probably worth it for location alone. Within walking distance to almost everything. We did drive a few times as we brought my 66year old mom who has many health issues. 2.) Lots of space! Very spacious house for 3 adults and 3 teens. What we didn't like: 1.) For such a high cleaning fee, I had high expectations. But, there's ants everywhere and our allergies went crazy from the dust. Both dryers in the basement still had something in them. 2.) The beds are horrible. It's like sleeping on the floor or a big rock. This was experienced by all. The couches were more comfortable. Overall, it was our favorite Frankenmuth VRBO! Upgrade the beds and we'll be there every year ❤️ Thank you

Surprised on how roomy the accommodation were . Lots of space for activities

My Daughter chose Frankenmuth for her birthday getaway. We frequent Frankenmuth often but usually stay in a hotel in Birch Run. This was such a wonderful change and will consider booking more often.

Wonderful location. Had issues with water in basement. Plumber was in and out of property for one day. Good communication from property manager. House could use some TLC. The back door lock is awkward, washed some dirty windows while there, no dishcloths or dish towels, cupboards poorly organized. But, lots of room, three bathrooms, and amazing location.
