Stayed Jul 26, 2025We had a perfect week at this home located in a quiet cove just off the main part of the lake. We had grandparents and teens- all comfortable with their own spaces to enjoy. The house is renovated and well maintained. We also enjoyed long walks outside in and out of nearby neighborhoods with views of the lake. The home was well equipped with everything we needed and markets were close by for trips to the store.

Stayed Jul 12, 2025Our family loved our stay at this house. It needs a name so I’m calling it Lakeside Luxury. It had everything our family needed and then some. We could walk right into the lake from the boat launch. We built a fire for S’mores, used the kayaks, fished off the bulkhead, played pool and grilled out almost every night. I highly recommend this huge home with easy access to everything we needed at SML.

Owners were great communicators and everything they prepped us for in the what to expect guide was spot on. Any issues we had were addressed and resolved immediately and we would recommend this host and property to anyone wanting a great getaway.

Second, the house is very beautiful, accommodating, and sits on an amazing piece of waterfront property. We couldn’t have asked for a better trip. Weather was beautiful, the fishing was great, and the memories made were priceless. We will definitely return toSmith Mtn, as this was our first trip, and book this house again! Thank you!!!

Stayed Oct 18, 2024My cousins and I have been planning a short getaway for years and finally got around to it. SML was centrally located. This home was everything we could have asked for. Spacious inside and out, super comfortable, amazing views, and a wonderful host. We spent a lot of time laughing and talking in the game room during rounds of pool. The outside dining spaces were great. We can’t wait to get back.

Stayed May 17, 2024Our sons wedding at Cedar Oak Farms in Bedford made this 30 Minute commute to SML “icing on the cake”! The brides fam 3.5 hours south and we are 3.5 north so a perfect mid location, and wonderful amenities and comforts of home! Wish we had more time here to enjoy All the fun, but the kayak and peaceful location made this mom of The groom Happy! Thank you!
