FLAT Lakefront Home at Summer Breeze w/ Private Dock & Kayaks & Paddle Boards

The place perfectly matched the photos. The unit was in great shape upon arrival. The host was very responsive in communications. Beds were comfortable and fit our group well.

Our family of 12 (5 adults and 7 kids) had an amazing stay at this Norris Lake home! The property was perfect for all ages — the big yard gave the kids plenty of room to run and play, and the easy, stair-free walk to the lake made swimming, kayaking, and paddle boarding a breeze. We especially loved the pavilion for relaxing and hanging out together. Renting a boat was super easy, and the host was incredibly helpful and quick to respond to any questions. We highly recommend this home and are already talking about coming back!

Wonderful property in an amazing location.

To start, we typically never stay in the same place twice because there are so many great options at Norris but this place is the exception to the rule. The location was PERFECT. 5 minutes from the marina so there were very little curvy roads you had to pull your boat trailer through. The house was beautiful and fully equipped. At Norris, it’s hard to find a place without stairs on the water so this property gets huge pints for that when it comes to loading and unloading the boat with kids. It’s at the end of a quiet cove so perfect for swimming. We loved it here!

House was perfect for our needs and the mother in law suite was perfect four our married couple friends. Gunner was quick to reply and very helpful. Appreciated having access to their tritoon rental which was very convenient. Will be back next year!!

Property was as advertised. Very clean and accommodating. A waterfront location with a great dock for our boat and fishing. Very peaceful location.

Can’t say enough great things about this place! The entire house was brand new including all the kitchen appliances. Everything was very clean. The property is flat so zero steps getting to the dock which was super helpful with kids. The area is very peaceful and quite, and fairly easy to get to. Hot tub and grill both were great and we loved the patio area by the dock. We used the paddle boards and kayaks that were included. Renting a pontoon was SO easy. The host was wonderful to work with and we will definitely be back! Thank you for a great weekend!

We rented this property and another across the street for my daughters wedding. Property was easy to locate. At first looked everything looked great. The home is very spacious for large families. We came in to air purifiers in the livening room and master bedroom. After Turing them all off because it was loud the house started to smell like wet dog. The couch especially. The floor in the master bedroom was sticky. The hot tub had some funky stuff floating in it. I think it was stuff coming out if the little waterfall spout. Maybe build up of some kind from the hot tub been sitting for a while. I’m not sure if we were the first renters of the season, but the covered sitting area down towards the lake was nasty as well. Didn’t look like it had been cleaned off at all. My son fell asleep on the couch the last night we were there. He woke up with some kind of bug bites all over his back. This home is a nice home and I would rent in this area again.

Excellent experience all around. Can't wait for next season.
