Umbrella Tiki shades a portion of the pool to escape the afternoon sun. | | The living room includes a sleeper sofa, two swivel chairs and a 42' Smart TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi, cable TV, and laptop/cell phone charging station. A pack & play is also provided. | | French doors open up from the living room to a private screened patio with table and chairs. Your view from one side of the patio is of the pool, Tiki, and dock. On the other side is a four-hole putting green that is surrounded by lush tropical foliage. Landscape lighting illuminates the green for nighttime putting. | | A new dock incorporates a Slide Moore rail system on each piling so your boat is easily docked without whips or crisscross lines. | | For the fishing enthusiast, a large bait freezer and rod holders are supplied undercover inside the screened room.
