The fabulous backyard oasis features a private in-ground concrete pool, perfect for warm days, and a spacious paver patio ideal for entertaining. A 30-foot dock provides direct access to the open Atlantic, perfect for boating, fishing, or launching paddleboards. Lush landscaping surrounds the area, which includes comfortable seating for socializing, along with a gas grill for outdoor cooking.

Just a short stroll away, guests can enjoy the Cabana Club, tennis courts, pickleball, a golf course, two playgrounds, restaurants, and a marina, making this outdoor space the ultimate retreat for relaxation and fun!

This home has a maximum occupancy of 5 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 4 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per additional guest, this includes children & infants.
