Apartment with two bedrooms, living room, terrace, full kitchen and complete and independent bathroom, located in the heart of the Barrio de Santa Cruz, five minutes walk from the Cathedral and El Alcázar, with capacity for five people.
The apartment has a terrace from which you can enjoy, with furniture for sunbathing.
It also has FREE PARKING, located in the same building.
It is heated and cold, and all its furniture is new; the apartment has sheets, towels and blankets andfree internet connection.
They are apartments built in the old garden of the Palacio del Conde Ibarra, so they are very quiet and with a garden in the Andalusian way.
The apartment is divided into:
1º / The living room with sitting area furnished with comfortable sofas, television. Dining area with seating for 5 people and library area and where there is a sofa bed so you can sleep a fifth person.
2nd / The kitchen equipped with all appliances (microwave, ketel, and plenty of kitchenware and crockery) and with direct access to the terrace.
3 º / The terrace, which can be accessed by elevator, is shared and has furniture to sit and sunbathe and enjoy the surroundings overlooking the gardens surrounding the building.
4th / Two bedrooms; one of them with a double bed and the other with two single beds. There are enough lockers to leave the clothes and personal effects of the guests.
The apartment is located in the Barrio de Santa Cruz, the old Jewish quarter of Seville, next to the churches of San Nicolas, the Madre de Dios Convent, where Hernán Cortés Conquistador de Mexico, the Church of San José and Santa María La are buried. Blanca
This area is that of the great palace-houses of Seville that are still inhabited, many of them by their owners, although others are Headquarters of the Administration.
The neighborhood also has all the amenities: supermarkets, boutiques, pharmacies, banks, restaurants and all kinds of shops.
We recommend the typical restaurant La Carbonería, where you can dine and listen to flamenco.
A little over three minutes walk can find all the bars and restaurants in the area of Santa María la Blanca, or the Plaza de La Alfalfa
Located ten minutes walk from Santa Justa train station, and fifteen minutes by taxi from the airport. For travelers arriving by car there is a public car park at Cano y Cueto street. If you want to rent a car, you will find all rental companies in the same San Justa Station.

    Large apartment right in the old city center of Seville - my favorite city in Spain. On a quiet street, this large apartment was perfect for 5 people. A bit more details on check-in instructions, especially regarding parking space, would be good (another car hit us in the parking garage, but the property manager is helping us to track the owner down). Overall a great choice if you plan on re-discovering Sevilla.

    This apartment has a washer but no dryer. You need to send laundry out or hang it upstairs on the roof. Also, this is one of the first Homeaway properties we have stayed at that had no instructions for appliances, AC , checkout procedures, or who to call if problems. Also do not turn right out of the garage, you car will be blocked in the narrow streets.
