Stayed Dec 12, 2024Beautiful newer property. Had 8 adults for NAU graduation. Close to NAU. Spacious for all to have own bedroom for privacy. Property Manager responsive for questions. We would definitely stay again. Loved the property!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The location was a plus for us, convenient to NAU. The house was clean (which is most important to us) and spacious. Just an FYI, the listing says 2 kings and 2 queens. There is one king and 3 that seem like full beds rather than queens. The kitchen was well appointed and has several appliances like an InstaPot, etc. The outdoor fire pit is quite nice in the evenings. Overall, a good experience for us and we would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Dec 31, 2022Very clean but this is a spartan brand new house. No dish soap, trash cans, paper towels etc. I wonder if they got the “Amazon turn your brand new construction into VRBO starter package”. Good size garage and they had someone shovel snow. Quiet neighborhood.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The number of bedrooms and size of the house was perfect for the group we had. Each family had their own space. We had 7 adults and 5 kids under 7. The amenities in the kitchen were also nice and we enjoyed the backyard with snow. Neighborhood was great and someone shoveled the snow for us in the front yard. The only drawback was there was a lot of animal hair in the living room area. Some folks in our group are allergic to pet hair and it got all over clothing.

Stayed Dec 16, 2022This property comfortably accommodated four families including children ages 3 mo-3 years. It was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable weekend stay. A local point of contact messaged before our stay and was available throughout the weekend in case we needed anything or had any questions.
