Flagstaff Ponderosa Pines

This is the perfect family home when visiting Flagstaff! The home was very clean, had all of the kitchen and bathroom amenities you could possibly need (body wash, shampoo, conditioner, utensils, all kitchen cookware to cook full meals, coffee bar with coffee and sugar, full rack of seasonings, laundry amenities and more!) and the backyard was nice and cozy for our two small pets! Felt like home away from home with all the small details very well thought out! Absolutely loved the cozy fireplace in the living room as well! Overall an absolute 5 star home! Can’t wait to visit again !

House was perfectly clean, and everything was in working order! The host was incredibly responsive and understanding! Without question we would rent this house again!

Clean and comfortable pet-friendly house. Perfect location for stays close to NAU. Walkable to store and restaurants. Good owner communication.

Overall everything was great and as described, the hosts were very helpful and quick to respond. Only comment would be the internet, while it’s nitpicky the connection was very spotty and would completely drop often even when right next to the router. Otherwise a flawless stay.

We enjoyed our 20 day stay. Will be on our list next time in Flagstaff.

This cute home is located in a great area of Flagstaff, it’s nicely furnished, very welcoming and the hosts are super to work with. Would definitely stay again.

The townhome had everything you could need (and this comes from someone who brings her entire kitchen with her!). For the coffee people, this unit provides a Keurig.The location is ideal to access downtown Flagstaff, great restaurants, and grocery stores close by.We had a bit of problems balancing the heat between the two floors. John and Jan were very responsive hosts and were able to advise us.

This place is just perfection. So comfortable and well stocked. Enjoyed having the fire on and this comfortable couch to snuggle up on and watch movies. The TV is huge! Perfect size kitchen to cook Thanksgiving meal and visit with our family. The only thing that could make it better would be to have access to park in the garage.

Our stay was fabulous! Jan and JT were very helpful and the home was perfect. Comfortable and homey.. close to NAU..and our fur babies had a great time too!

My family enjoyed our time in Flagstaff - great townhome and location. For transparency, I chose this property because the listing specified it had AC. We only book VRBOs with central AC in summer. Indeed, there is a portable unit in the upstairs back bedroom but no central AC (the Nest unit is heat only). When we arrived and discovered this (with a high temp of 87 degrees), the owners offered to purchase a second portable unit. We don't find those units to provide much relief, so we declined but appreciated their reply. My husband was able to fix a leak under the kitchen sink, which was fortunately no problem, as the handyman arrived 48 hours later to check on it. Even with the heat, we always love Flagstaff and this stay was no exception.

Was hot the week we stayed and no air conditioner, but thankful for fans in each room which helped. One room had an air conditioner upstairs. Well stocked with dishes and silverware but missing a couple pots to cook with. Needs someone to check upstairs bathrooms for leak that is making carpet wet on outside of spare bathroom floor lighting in kitchen over stove and refrigerator needs to be checked as wasn't working

Lovely townhome in an easy to access part of town. near all the highways and big streets it was simple to get to the other parts of Flagstaff. Not super walkable area, but there are some stores and gas stations right nearby. The Indian Place was awesome! and we were able to walk there.
