Stayed Jan 2, 2026Gas range and oven made cooking for a crowd a pleasure. Plenty of appliances, an abundance of dishes. Large dining table and bar stools helped us eat together.

Stayed Apr 17, 2025I have 2 boys at NAU and it was mom’s weekend for their fraternity. Myself and some other moms rented this house and it was great! It snowed and the view from the deck was gorgeous. We grilled and had the boys over for a family dinner. Great location & home. Well stocked for large families.

Stayed Dec 21, 2024Note that what are referred to in the listing as twin sofa beds are actually futons and small ones at that. Only about 5 feet long, not really suitable for anyone other than small children.One other caution: none of the showers are accessible without going through a bedroom, kind of awkward when the house is full.Nice appliances and the house is very new, so in pretty good shape. The owner provided a nice Christmas tree and some Christmas decorations, which was a nice touch.

Stayed Aug 1, 2024We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home. It had a fun game Room with toys and games. All the adults and children were delighted with the home. The back deck looks right into a forested area and was so peaceful. The house is conveniently located with easy access to everywhere.
