This is a great property if you’re staying in the Flagstaff area close to downtown but enough of the way out to really see some great stars at night. Communication with the host was easy and they were very responsive. We stayed there with our adult children, and there was plenty of space for everyone. The living room kitchen and dining area is perfect. We were there for eight nights and cooked every meal at the house. Great pantry and workable kitchen. Love the two bedrooms that are downstairs that can act like two primary bedrooms. The hot tub was great and was easy to use and operate along with the charcoal grill. You like that it was a charcoal grill because many times when we stay at VRBO’s, there is a propane or gas grill that very seldom work. So a very simple charcoal grill was nice to see. Upstairs had a great game room with the pool table and a large TV. The bedroom situation worked out well for six adults. A nice bonus was having access in use of the garage

Pros: 1. Location is great. The new business loop makes it super easy to get all the way from the south end of Flagstaff to the north end. This is a huge improvement in recent years. 2. The house held our group of 8 very nicely. It was roomy and comfy and made it possible to have meals together instead of having to fight graduation crowds at restaurants.3. Mattresses are comfy, decor is nice. Cons: 1. There was dog hair on the bedding so we had to wash all of our sheets before we could sleep in the beds. 2. There were also several places where animals had peed, and even though they were spot treated, it's left a dog odor in the house. It didn't stink or interfere with our weekend. It was just noticeable and less than ideal for the price we paid. We had a good weekend together there, but we'll find a different property next time that doesn't allow pets. Suggestions: 1. Don't allow pets. If not for the animal smell and hair, this could become a guest favorite. 2. Keep small fans in each closet. Masking highway traffic with a little white noise would be a nice touch, and the upstairs gets super hot! Having a fan in those rooms would have been really nice to keep air moving.3. Keep a few thinner pillows in the closet. Bed pillows are pretty thick. Having options is always nice since guests are all different.

We love this house! It is comfortable and SPOTLESS. My kids really enjoy the game room and making smores at the firepit. Close to the Polar Express and North Pole Experience. Raffy is quick to reply and accommodating.

The property was spacious and immaculate, and better than described. We didn’t want for anything the entire weekend. E ermine had their own bedroom and bathroom and the beds were super comfy and the plush towels rivaled the most luxurious hotels. It was close to the wedding venue and easy to get to other parts of town as well. We had a great time and would definitely stay again.

This home is beautiful. Well stocked. Perfectly clean. We can’t wait to come back during skiing season.

This is a beautiful new home and the owners spared no expense to make this property special. It is well appointed and very suitable for large parties. The house is perfectly situated for easy access to all that Flagstaff has to offer in a serene area where you can sit on the patio and stare at the stars. It was a magical visit. We will definitely be back!
