The community spaces were warm and inviting—ideal for relaxing, visiting, and enjoying fellowship together. The back deck was absolutely beautiful, and we only wish we had more time to fully enjoy it!Overall, this home allowed us to have a wonderful stay where we could make lasting memories and enjoy our adventures during the day, knowing we had a comfortable, peaceful place to return to and unwind each evening. Stunning home, friendly and communicative host. House is spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. Plenty of room for a family to spread out and relax. Good location to visit various national parks and attractions. We were traveling as an extended family of 9 and everyone had a great time. Thank you so much, Jeremy!

This is our go-to place when we visit Flagstaff, and our son, who is attending NAU. Jeremy is a great host with excellent and friendly communication. The home is well stocked, clean, classy, and comfortable, and we enjoy having coffee under the trees on the back patio. We also enjoy the walking trails in the area and plan to return soon.

The host was not responsive to our requests

This house is tucked among the towering Poderosa Pines in a quiet upscale Flagstaff neighborhood. We took advantage of the paved walking paths and nearby grassy park. Clean, well-appointed and located near grocery stores and restaurants. The host was very responsive and helpful.

House was amazing, host was extremely communicative and helpful. Was a great stay for a quick two day graduation getaway for family gathering.

My family and I stayed here for spring break and we loved it. Fit our family perfect, place was very clean, had everything we needed, even a snow shovel when it snowed 8 on our last night. Loved the real fireplace for a change and the host was great. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful house in a beautiful neighborhood. It backs onto an urban trail system which gives the living room and breakfast area and the master bedroom lovely views. Everything about the house is nice - it is tastefully furnished and well equipped. The host is very responsive and immediately available. We have rented several houses in Flagstaff and this is the nicest. Highly recommend.

We stayed at this property for Thanksgiving. It was ideal for a family. It exceeded all expectations. Resort style beds and bedding. Great location! My daughter loved the bunk beds. The host did a great job of giving us ideas for things to do around town. There was a beautiful walking path through the neighborhood that led to a big park and playground. We would gladly stay here again!

Great property. House had good vibes and was in a great location and nice neighborhood. Property manager was easy to get ahold and always immediately got back to us if we had a question.

This house really does have it all! Location, space, amenities, style, comfort, and all the extras. Bedrooms had so much room and storage and the beds and bedding rate 5 stars! The kitchen had everything you could ask for including Ninja cookware and upgraded and stylish dinnerware, drink ware, and even silverware! We could have lived out on the back deck. We grilled twice on the large, super nice grill and dined on the outdoor table and comfy seating! We played foosball and enjoyed movie nights in the game room! This house was light and bright! Every window provided a lovely view and just outside the back you can hook onto the Flagstaff Urban Trail System! Our host was always available and quick to answer our questions and provide recommendations when needed. Besides visiting the Grand Canyon and hiking in Sedona, we also visited three National Monuments, Horseshoe Bend and Antelope Canyon. Everything about this house gets our 5 star rating! We travel often and if we could take this house with us wherever we travel to we would! Don't miss out on this one!!

The house worked perfectly for our party of 4 adults. Everything was clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the back deck! Also, the host Jeremy responded quickly to any questions. Great location near the airport and 1:30 to Grand Canyon.

We really enjoy staying at this home while visiting Flagstaff and our child attending NAU. The home is close to campus and the kitchen is very well appointed with all the things needed to cook a nice homemade meal. Jeremy is super responsive and helped us out immediately when we needed something. The place felt very welcoming and home like with touches of elegant seasonal fall decor. We plan to be back next time we are in Flagstaff

My family and I had the best time staying at this house! It was beautiful, clean, the beds were so comfortable and it had plenty of room for all of us! The deck out back was beautiful and there were trails for us to run and walk on right outside of the house! We would definitely love to stay here again!

This was our second stay, and we will be back soon to visit our child attending NAU. It's a fantastic house, well stocked and impeccably clean, making our stay comfortable and worry-free. We enjoyed the walking trails around the place and hanging out in downtown Flag. The host was great and immediately got back to us with any questions.

We had a wonderful week’s stay at this property with kids and grandparents. Everyone enjoyed the close proximity to walking/biking paths and a community park. The home itself was clean and well organized. The kids loved the bunk bed and foosball table! Jeremy was extremely easy to communicate with and checked in multiple times to ensure everything was going well. We look forward to a return trip!
