Great property, we have used it several times.

The house was immaculate and stocked with all necessities. We have stayed at this location many times because it is comfortable and well maintained. When it is time for our corporate meetings, our out of town staff always request returning to this location.

Great place for hosting a family gathering over the holidays! Backyard perfect for teenage cousins and the kitchen was well-stocked.

We had a great stay - house was very clean and spacious!

The house was really nice, well stocked, & spacious. With 2 large living rooms (with plenty of seating), 4 bedrooms (with 7 beds), & 3 baths it’s a great space for multiple families/friends to share. It also has a large driveway with a 2 car covered area. It’s close to an HEB & several restaurants (5 mins or so) & was conveniently located 15-20 minutes from multiple tourist attractions in the Waco area.

This is the 4th or 5th time our company has used this property to accommodate our remote team members who are in town for corporate meetings. Responsive host, great location, comfortable furnishings, everything well maintained, and incredibly clean. This property will continue to be our go to location for future meetings.

It was our first time visiting the town of Waco and seeing family. The house is everything that is shown in the pictures. It was clean and very spacious, and had a coffee bar ready to use. The only thing bad about this were the beds. The king bed was uncomfortable with myself and my husband….we slightly rolled towards middle of bed. My adult kids said their beds were not very comfortable either. I love a good bed and shower when I go on vacay. Would’ve given it a five star rating if it hadn’t have been for the uncomfortable beds.

We gathered to celebrate our 86 year old mother’s birthday with her and all of her children, grandchildren and great grandkids. The kids had a great time in the backyard. The adults played board games around the large table. There are two separate seating areas so it was easy to have conversations without being overwhelming. We were cool and comfortable in the Waco heat and the beds were very comfortable. Also, there’s nothing lacking in that awesome kitchen! We hope to be back sometime!!

We really enjoyed our stay and the hosts were very responsive to requests and questions.

This house was a perfect place for us to get together and celebrate Christmas with extended family. Plenty of room for kids to play, amazing yard, nice open feel, clean, fully stocked with kitchen utensils and cookware etc. The management was also very communicative. We will definitely consider this place for future family gatherings!

Met our kids and grandkids in Waco for an early Christmas celebration. We had 6 adults and 4 children. The house was a perfect setup that allowed plenty of room and privacy! Loved having 2 large gathering spaces!

We stayed a week at Thanksgiving and loved the home and location. The house had ample indoor space and a wonderful backyard. We were able to spend time together, but also spread out for some rest. A well-stocked kitchen was important to me and I was not disappointed. We cooked several dishes to take to our Thanksgiving family gathering in nearby Woodway.

We loved the house. Great for kids (big backyard). House was clean and very well kept up. We had 6 adults and 5 grandkids, more than enough room for everyone. 5⭐️ rating.. Only negative I can think of is the neighbors dogs are very annoying, need a privacy fence between dogs and backyard.

We had a wonderful stay for a long weekend! The backyard was awesome for adults and kids, and the common area was a very comfortable place to gather. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly, we felt very safe taking a mid-morning walk around the area. It’s removed from the busyness of downtown while still being in close proximity to Waco attractions. We would absolutely come back!

The house was nice for a variety of people. Lots of things for teenagers to do in the evening. A variety of rooms and beds for everyone.

We had a large family group & the house was such a lovely, comfortable place. It’s not only beautiful but chock full of everything we could ever need. It was so spacious & we enjoyed coffee in mornings on back porch. Working with the hosts was just great. Such nice people! Highly recommend!!!

Plenty of room-fun for our kids - great location! We made more memories with our family! It was fun being in the house that was on Fixer Upper- we even had the tour bus stop by and we waved!
