Five Peaks - Gorgeous! Hot Tub, Mountain Views, Road to Mt Bachelor!

Everything was in good order and the managment company was available if we would have needed anything...but there was no need.

Amenities were in good condition. Only problem was recycle bin was full when we arrived on Sunday and then did not pick up on Tuesday with trash.

Great location, the house is beautiful and fully equipped for cooking and hosting a big gamily or group, overall experience was amazing!

The house was big, spacious with a great layout for our family of seven adults and three children. We enjoyed being able to sit at the table together to enjoy our meals. Waking up to a view of the mountains was a treat. The kitchen was well equipped. The hot tub was a bonus. The location was great, with hiking paths right from the house and shops and groceries only ten minutes away. We enjoyed our stay enormously.

Great size house! Comfortable beds, clean, lovely view! This was perfect and the location was great. Small mix up with my VRBO messages and emails (my misunderstanding mostly:) but quickly fixed and great communication!! Already miss the place!

7 of us stayed here for our annual girls weekend getaway. The kitchen had everything we could ever need and more. We had been planning to go on a hike but ended up just going on long walks all around the trails and roads nearby, it’s in such a nice location. Great, quick communication from staff whenever we had a concern or question.

Great place for a family vacation. We had 3 families (6 adults 4 kids) and there was ample space for everyone. It was fantastic. Clean, nice, and quiet. Great neighborhood adjacent to walking trails. Short drive into bend.

This home was perfect for our large group. Plenty of common space and location provided easy access to skiing and hiking. The owner was very responsive.

6 of us drove from Bellingham, WA and Abbotsford, BC for some excellent spring skiing. The house was very convenient and comfortable! We hope to stay here again.

We loved this vacation home! It was perfect for getting to Mt. Bachelor easily and also a few minutes from Bend! The home was spacious and well supplied. We would definitely come again!

My friends and I come to Bend every year for a ski weekend and this was our favorite house we've rented so far. Great location and nice big house.

I had the best time celebrating my 40th birthday in this gorgeous home with my girlfriends. Has everything you need...hot tube, incredible views, all the kitchen utensils you can think of, comfy couch, large dining room table, fire wood, and such a short uber ride to all the bars and restaurants in downtown Bend. I will be renting this house again for sure!

I am giving this property 5 stars because it largely lived up to its billing. My friends and I especially enjoyed the outdoor space. However, there were two issues that detracted from our stay that I think warrant mention: 1. When we got there, we discovered the house had not been cleaned since the prior occupants had left. Arrived (the name of the property mgmt company) contacted its cleaning service, and they promptly showed up and cleaned. Apparently there had been some miscommunication between the two. This disrupted the first couple of hours of our stay. Arrived did refund the cleaning fee as compensation. 2. As advertised, the house has 5 bedrooms, all on the second floor, and 3.5 bathrooms. The catch is that the 3 full baths are en suite in 3 of the bedrooms. So anyone staying in the other 2 bedrooms has to enter one of the 3 bedrooms with a bathroom to access a shower or go downstairs to the first floor for the half bath.

Great property and perfect for a golf group. The property manager was very responsive to questions and the location was excellent.

Lovely property with many beds, and great indoor/outdoor socializing area. Worked fantastic for a group of adults who came to Bend to enjoy the sights, outdoors, and activities, while still having a great place to rest, and socialize later.
