The beds provided are: king-size bed in the downstairs' master bedroom, king-size bed in the upstairs' master bedroom, and four bunk beds in the remaining three upstairs' bedrooms (each bunk bed has a full-size mattress on the bottom and a twin on top). Stayed Jan 30, 2026The home was even better in person than in the photos. It is very clean and with lots of light. It's close to a lot of food places and activity areas. Matt, the owner, was extremely responsive. It had more than enough space for our big group. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Jul 31, 2025I actually think that the house looks much better in real life than in the pictures. The house was clean and the host responsible. One downside was that the oven wasn’t working during our stay but we made it work.

Stayed Feb 26, 2025We rented the property for a trip to heavenly resort to do some snowboarding. The house was great and located within 10 minutes of the California main lodge at heavenly. Rooms, bathrooms, and kitchen were all great and had everything we needed. Would definitely book again.

Stayed Jan 26, 2024Matt was very responsive host. He had sent all details well in advance. House is very nicely maintained. Kitchen is well equipped. Location of house is very central if you want to go to ski resorts.

Stayed Dec 22, 2023Horrible place but the owner is a horrible person who will send some old pictures of his old furniture scratched marks and refuse to pay your deposit back. Make excuses not pay your deposit money. I will not recommend this place horrible service.

Stayed Aug 16, 2023It said coin laundry so I thought I had A washer and dryer and it does not. I like to keep my clothes clean and wash before I leave so no washer and dryer.
