FIVE BEDROOM PRIVATE HOME w/ POOL AND AMAZING VIEWS!!!

The view is really nice. The house is really spacious and has a lot of beds for your guests.

Outstanding place to stay for a week at Havasu Lake. We had a group of 10, ranging from 5 to 70 in age. Celebrated three birthdays during our stay. Parked a rented boat at the nearby marina which was only 10 minutes away. The location is next to the desert which gave us feeling of being away from the city. The place was clean and well kept. We enjoyed indoor and outdoor dining!

6 adults and 2 teens. Great time and great location. Lots of food and drink locations. Very comfortable, Easy access to launch ramp. Pool was great

This home was amazing for our large group! The kids really enjoyed the downstairs loft area. House was clean and very organized. Unfortunately the people who rented before us, blasted the heater on the pool (in June) and the pool was too hot to swim in for 2 days. Jennifer was great on handling that with her pool company. Great home! Definitely will stay here again!

The house was ok. There are a lot of small things that need work and touch ups to make it more of an enjoyable stay. Appliances need help. Pots and pans were disgusting and should be replaced. Cheap bedding- sheets wouldn’t stay on the bed. The pool was nice and clean. Plenty of rooms for sleeping options.

Wonderfully appointed home for families, very comfortable and clean!

This house was perfect for our two families!! The pool was perfect, the kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. There was plenty of pool towels and bath towels which was SO nice! We plan to make this a yearly trip and will definitely be back.

Large house with wonderful property including access to Open Space land through the back gate and heated pool. Exceptional parking for all of us. The home was stocked with essentials that meant that we could ease into our stay. Beautiful master suite and bath!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! Our group of 11 had plenty of space. Jennifer's home was warm and inviting. The pool and outdoor area was the best. The master was huge and the view of the mountains was amazing. Jennifer responded immediately if we had any questions. We will definitely stay here again.

We are a group of 4 families who annually end summer with a trip to Havasu. This was out first time at this location and it was loves by all. Perfect location, set up and floorplan. It was nice to enjoy the pool the first night and later after a day on the lake.

The communication with Jennifer was outstanding. Some wonderful family memories were made at this outstanding property. I would rent again.

The property was good for a large gathering of people. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, with lots space for lounging. The pool was great and made our stay so much better especially since the temps were over 100. It has a large kitchen for cooking and the pantry was great for added storage. I would have like to see the back yard taken care of a bit more. Many lights were not working and the area around the outdoor seating looked like it hadn't been swept or vacuumed in quite some time. We arrived with the dishwasher not working (no notice) which created a ton of extra work to wash dishes for 12 people. The ceiling intake fans need to be cleaned, especially the one over the bed and upstairs couch. I would stay here again, but would like to see a bit more attention to detail on the cleaning.
