Stayed Jul 12, 2025Stayed for two weeks while we shopped homes in the area. Have to say it was as clean as any VRBO rental we have stayed in...and pest-free which is not easy in a warm coastal environment. The kitchen is well stocked with all the kitchenware you need for cooking meals. Everything is quality, not just your average rental home appliances and dishware.Check-in was easy and communication from the property management company was very good.Had a small issue with not having all of the bed linens when we arrived, however I went to the management office and they provided the missing items. First time having a rental where the beds weren't made in advance, but on the positive side, I learned a new life skill.This house is on the quieter west side of the island which was good for us. Location is close to the Middleton Ave bridge making it easy to get on/off the island without having to drive through the more congested east side. In all, I would say this a great house and we would stay here again.

Stayed Sep 23, 2021The outside cleaning needed alittle more detail. There was something dropped and never cleaned up causing ants. We swept the steps because we were dragging alot of sand into the house from them. Overall the place was great for us & our dogs. Easy drive to a beach access,
