This house was perfect for an offseason visit. We were able to enjoy the heated pool, fish and kayak. The beach was walkable and restaurants were close. Overall great stay.

Loved where the property is and the magnificent view. We had no internet our entire stay and would have liked to have had at least a broom to clean up after ourselves with said it was a good stay.

This property was in a great location. It is right on the Santa Rosa sound and about a 5–8 minute walk to the beach. The amenities were great and everything you could possibly need in a kitchen is provided except a baking sheet and there was no Keurig coffee maker as listed. All we brought were K-cups, and therefore ended up buying a Keurig and bringing it home. Otherwise, we were very pleased with the property and would recommend it.

The bunk room of the house has very little AC coming into the room so it was miserable sleeping in there.Paradise Beach Homes sent over a person to check the AC it was working fine just not enough cold air going into the room. He checked the thermostat and said the Owner was controlling the temp. He brought us a fan for the bunk room, as long as the thermostat was left on 68 the room was not so miserable but the Owner kept turning it up to 75 during the night and we woke up in a sweat miserable, That only lasted 2 days finally the Owner left the temp at 68 and it was cooler. Not cool but cooler. We had to have all the ceiling fans on and the fan pulling cold air into that room, If you plan to rent this house and use the bunk room I would suggest you not in the summer months, Paradise Beach Homes did everything in their power to correct this situation so I thank them very much.

Our family of 8 adults and a 6 year old had a fabulous weekend in this home! Plenty of inside and outside seating, the dock was nice, we enjoyed the grassy yard and loved the pool! We hope to be back in the Fall!!

I would definitely recommend this place.

It was the 1 year anniversary of my granddaughters passing from leukemia at 19. We all Gathered to celebrate her life. Perfect place do this event because she loved the beach.

(the Bike tires could use air but otherwise everything was great). We enjoyed the Kayaks, beach toys and pool floats...Thanks. The location on the bay was awesome. The kids could get in the water right out front to swim...when they were not busy in the pool. The ride to the beach was short and we spent time jumping in the surf as well. We were close to restaurants, but enjoyed being in a quiet neighborhood for peace and quiet. Lovely, Lovely, thanks!
